When is "enough", enough?

So how do you guys stop?I have set goals and I am 50% there.My fear is when I reach those goals I will keep going and I don’t really want to damage my unit. So how do you stop? Was it easy or did you get addicted?

I love doing PE (pumping) and I don’t have any plans to stop. As long as you stay in control, PE is a great way to maintain optimum penis health, function and size.

I do the same lifting weights. I don’t lift that heavy, but a consistent weight routine keeps me strong, well conditioned and healthy.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Like wise as gprent said. PE is a daily part of my routine so when/if i reach my goals i will do constant maintenance to keep at that size. My goal is 8bpelx5.5meg and that size will certainly do for me!

You will only damage your penis if you step over the limit line (heavy routines, wrong execution of exercises, no rest days etc).

If you completely stop your PE, sooner or later you will be returning to your original size. Since there’s none conclusive comprovation (for now, just opinions and personal experiences) about how “permanent” our gains are, we don’t want to risk it and end up loosing size… so you will need an maintainance routine.

Personally I’ve set a girth ‘limit’ of 6 MEG…anything beyond that would depend on who I am with, or how it is being received. Even if it is received well and she could take more, 6.5” MEG would likely be a hard stop, since if things ever broke up, I’m not sure how many could handle that size…even 6” would worry me slightly.

For length I really have no set limit, so as much as I can grow, since I’m ok leaving part out. That said, I am really hopeful I can hit 8.5” BPEL or more eventually…anything between 8.5”-10.5” works for me (and I severely doubt I’ll ever hit 10).

Im starting to think 5.25” head and MEG (I love blowjobs) with a BEG of 6” is what I think is enough for me. For length, no more then my current 7.25 to 7.5” BPEL but if I get more oh well, doggy is off limits for me now anyways.

I passed my goal of 8 x 5.5 about a month ago, but now I am thinking that I need to go a bit bigger just to ensure that I am “cemented” at the goal size. I will ease off at about 8 x 5.7, really I will! So yeah, maybe it is somewhat addictive.

Somewhat? LOL! More like HIGHLY addictive - at least for me anyway.
