Well I am sorry but what I said above are NOT my conclusions…
Its the tons of threads from pumpers in both huge forums and the collected wisdom from all these posts is something like:
20% injuries
70% no gains
10% gains with periods of temporary injuries

I fail to believe that you pump 3h per day as you claim… Sorry. You are the only person after so many posts of so many years that claim of doing something like that.
I know 1 person from here that took your advice and after 2 weeks of doing these insanities he ended up with a retarted dick for more than 3 weeks.
A moderator especialy should never promote suiside routines.

If you even glanced at any of my posts, which it appears you haven’t; you’d know I don’t recommend anyone to start out with a 3 hour routine.

It’s working up to that point over a very long period of time. I’ll just state that I grew approximately an inch in my first year of pumping.

Most injuries I’ve seen are from devices that don’t use a gauge. The others are from using way too much vacuum.

I am very aware of that… you always say progressively.
The prob is that an organ with so many veins being in a negative pressure for 3h even with a very low pressure will have at least blood clot issues … not to mention nerve damages and and and…
No condition can prevent these things.

That has not been my experience or even those who are extreme pumpers.

To the original poster, it’s quite simple really. If you believe you’ve exhausted all possible gains from the newbie routine, well the pandora box is opened.

You can: increase time under tension, add different stretches, increase the amount of jelqs, the intensity (speed And/or strength) of your jelqs, Add more kegels, change your frequency up ie 3 days on 1 day off instead of 2 day on/ 1 day off for example.

The list could keep going. Those are all examples. It comes down to what exactly is your goal and how your unit responds. And of course, how motivated and consistent are you able to be.

Your goal seems to be length. Manuals work very well. I suggest researching all throughout the forum if you haven’t already. There’s more information on different stretches, different stretches routines, and styles of how to perform them then you’d ever be able to read. Much talent on this forum. I gained length just from manuals and then stopped because I was happy with my length and have been working on girth ever since.

In there the 60% of the injuries are from pumping with a lot less volume of 3h and at reasonable Hgs.
I do not have personal huge experience on pumping because in my case my dick responds really bad in it…
So all of my knowledge is based on other experienced pumpers that posts their pumping journey.

Burst veins
Nerve damages
Eds(temporary and permanent)
red spots-blisters (the softer injuries)

And even the ones that were lucky and didn t had serious injuries … they didn t have any gains.
Only a minority gained something.
They say that pumping can offer something only as a supplement on the other real routines.

I’ve only been around her for 16 years and never heard of the things you describe. That with me having pumped successfully with my worst pumping injury being a water blister on my glans.

I’ve been pumping for over 3 years and have gained 1” in length (could claim 1.5”) and almost an inch in girth. I used an extender for over 500 hrs in a year and while it may have helped straighten a curve I did not get any gains from it. I occasionally clamp and think it helped some with my girth but the biggest benefit was when I added heat to my routine.

Vacuum pumping for ED and not long after for PE has been around since at least the 1950’s and is one of the earliest structured/formal forms of PE.

Jelqing is probably the original PE for thousands of years, and there are all kinds of stories of “a group of monks” or “a tribe deep in the jungles of ————-“ that hang rocks from their dick until they are so long they drag the ground. I am unsure when these activities became formalized with recommended/successful processes being compiled and shared around.

In my opinion and many others have and will agree with me, hanging is one of the more complex and therefore potentially dangerous PE activities followed closely by clamping.

The FACTS are that everyone’s dick is different and:
- what PE activity works for one person may not work for another; and
- some dicks need more conditioning than other dicks; and, most unfortunately
- some guys want to gain as much as they can as quickly as they can and will approach PE activities too vigorously with the result of temporary and sometimes longer term injury; and also unfortunately
- some guys will not be diligent enough in their PE program and will be discouraged when they do not see the results they were hoping for and then will quit their PE activity.

Never used it. It took me some time and experiment to find how to perform proper flaccid stretches and jelk that worked on me. I started with what worked, V-stretches, and keep doing whatever works that suits my goals.
