When is the right time to start hanging
I started to doing PE a week ago, my program right now is
5 mins hot wrap
5 mins stretching
10 mins jelqing
5 mins hot wrap
Total of 25 mins workout per day 5 days on 2 days off
When is the right time to start hanging technique I know that I need to start in lower like 2 lbs but I want to know when, do I need a month or 3 before I start hanging?
