When to add rods to PeniMaster extender
Hi. I’m currently using the PeniMaster extender and on the site and in the instructions it doesn’t say when to increase/add rods to the extender,so basically when do you increase the size of the rods? Also just to clarify ,the starting length corresponds to the NBPEL right or is it something different? I am doing manual stretching and jelqs as well(not a newbie,don’t worry),but I since I currently do the manual stretches first(in morning) followed by the extender use and then jelqs at night ,my question here is would this configuration of the exercises be the best or would something different(with regards to order) be better? Any and all comments welcome and appreciated so please chime in on this.Thank you.
