So the question is when to eat before or after the PE?

If you just had an large meal, wait at least 2 hours before start PE. Depending on the composition of the meal, obviously 2 hours won’t be enough to digest and metabolize it all, but should be enough time to avoid laziness.

For a typical day I start with an elixir that contains turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cardamon, and a few other things. A tablespoon of flax seed oil. A teaspoon of fish oil. Also acidophilus and a mens multivitamin. I also have various types of organic oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil mixed in. And wash it down with a green tea with a tablespoon of honey and 4 squirts of lemon juice. Mid morning I have a fruit bowl with a cup of watermelon, 1/2 cup of honeydew melon, 4 to 6 strawberries, 20 to 40 blueberries, a kiwi, 1/2 an avocado, and topped off with 4 heaping tablespoons of coconut oil based organic whipped cream. All of these fruits are moderate to low sugar which is key, and I prefer the organic variety when available. For lunch it’s 2 hard boiled eggs sprinkled with salt and cayenne pepper, an organic mozzarella cheese stick and either 1/4 cup of sunflower seed salted or 1/2 a cup of salted pistachio nuts. When I get home in the afternoon it’s another cup of green tea with honey and lemon and another tablespoon of coconut oil. I then do stretching/yoga/exercises and then immediately eat dinner after. Usually it’s a variety of an organic burrito with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of salsa but I also mix in macaroni and cheese, chicken, shepherds pie, an occasion rib eye steak or pizza as a main dish. Plus 5 servings of a variety of organic veggies topped with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of butter, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. I have 1 cup of honey and vanilla almond milk and twice a week I have a serving of 70% dark chocolate with salt and almonds, and an occasion glass of red wine if having steak.

It’s after the last meal and before bed that I will then do my PE. Right now I am thinking about utilizing an essential oil mixture which is looking something like one part olive oil to one part almond oil with drops of rosemary essential oil, black pepper essential oil (for its deep penetrating and carrier like qualities), ylang ylang essential oil, and possibly helichrysum essential oil along some others as a wet jelqing aid and as an overnight topical to aid and expedite the healing process whilst I sleep. Still researching all of this though.
