I’ll start to do 3 sets of the stretches I do now so that should be 27 minutes total in the various angles. Up down, sides and diagonals.
Should this be good?
My unit seems to be very resiliant. I am hard on it, but I never feel any real pain, discoloration, or any other bad effects.
I only feel the normal strain at the base when stretching so I’m sure I can up the intensity no problem.
I’m dissapointed! I should have asked this before I wasted 2 weeks.
I can never get erect hard enough to get the best measurements, but I have only gained very little Id say length wise. The erections feel much harder probably because of the kegals and jelqs.
