Where to even begin. Is there hope?

So, to introduce myself and my situation- I am early 20’s and basically want to do all my intended body modifications asap for better return on the investment. I got invisalign, and then jumped into the most insane one- lengthening my legs putting me at nearly 6 ft up from 5 8. The other relevant things I am interested in are dark circle removal and, of course enhancement of my size.

Unfortunately I’m approximately 5 inches(not really sure the right way to measure) long with horrible and often turtled flaccid length, and what has to be pretty poor girth. As I mentioned I’ve already done just about the crazy body mod possible, which took quite a bit of dedication so I’m not unwilling to put in time work and money, however I do want to know if people think I could get to 6-7 inches with a half inch to an inch of extra girth and when I would start seeing results? I consider myself a skeptic and would feel pretty foolish doing this for months only for it to amount to nothing.

The main goals of mine are longer flaccid length, and girth(though I want the length so it doesn’t look silly). Any help is appreciated!

Edit: Assuming you are supposed to push into the fat pad a bit, I’m somewhat over 5, and think I’m about 4.75 girth with a semi erect penis. Not sure if that’s small or what, though I know its not big.

Alot of folks get an inch or more in length and some girth. How did you lengthen legs?

Started almost three months ago, and glad I did. Seen Gains already and also my girl notices the difference. Who knows how much you will gain, but just a small gain is worth it if you ask me 😄

What methods could be expected to get me gains in about those three months? Is it flaccid length you are noticing, or erect/overall?

As for my legs, its quite the process. I went with the top surgeon who inserts an internal rod in my femurs and broke them. Then over 3 months I stretched them daily using a strong magnet 1mm a day. At that point the bone heals up after awhile and you are good to go. You require daily PT through the process which is brutal but essential.

I gained 3 inches in 3 months. Pity I can’t do that with my dick too!

Only the femurs? Youd want a desireable leg proporttiin of upper to lower leg? No?

Thing is, doing both would involve extreme amounts of scarring, cash, time, and tibias have a higher complication rate. I wasn’t short to begin with so while 3 inches on the femurs makes my legs look fairly long, the proportions aren’t ridiculous, considering roughly the same proportions occur in some people. Even shorter people do similar amounts and don’t look like clowns.

If you’re willing to beak your legs for 4 inches in height then you should have no problems with the techniques used around here. 😀

Also, it does work. Will you end up with a foot long? No. But you could have a healthy 7. Don’t freak out and read what’s here. Then after you have read thoroughly about what works and in what order to do it you can starts the routines.

You can do it.

Did u have to relearn how to walk or run. What about weightlifting?

Leg lengthening at age 20 for a 5’8” male? With internal rods and magnets? Malpractice by any US standard. Welcome to the forum.

I’m sure that there are people more qualified than me to answer that, but you can see my routine in the progress-log and pics forum.

I use a combination of the manual exercises, bathmate and supplements.

Biggest change in flaccid in erect size I guess. 😄

Nobody can tell you how much you might gain at the higher end of the gain spectrum because there are highly variable factors including consistency, duration, techniques etc, but just easy typical gains in elasticity tend to run ~ .5” x .25” on a conservative basis while extreme gains may run around 2.5” x 1.5”. If you are looking for 4” longer consider you may be in your own gain class but if you are looking for 1.5” just believe and get to it.

Btw most averages are stated bone pressed meaning ruler pressed to the pubic bone and it is unclear if your measurements were done like this, also you state your girth in terms of semi erect, so nobody here can possibly tell you where you sit currently when your measurements are not clear. I’m not judging, I think it’s great to be open minded enough to consider body mods but at the same time you may be more obsessive and negative about your body than reality reflects.

Perhaps this study here Penis Size & PE Growth Rate Study @ Thundersplace will shine some light on the spectrum of potential gains with PE.

A healthy 7 is totally fine by me, I just don’t want to be small! As for being obsessive, I do think I’ve pretty clearly entered into the realm of having some kind of body dsyphoria, seeing as I am considered attractive/successful with women and yet am paying 100k to break my legs. However I am not someone with a 7/8 incher convincing myself I’m tiny. I’m definitely not big.

And the lengthening was done by the top surgeon in the US with an FDA approved device, no malpractice involved.

Edit: And as far as walking, somewhat yes. Biomechanics change after all. Lifting was surprisingly easy, though squatting will take awhile to do respectably. No pain no gain, and certainly not a process for the faint of heart, but if approached wisely, its very achievable. Approached incorrectly and you can be butchered however. I met some at the top clinic I had it done at who were basically being rebuilt from botched overseas operations. This is also not the kind of thing someone who has mental illness should get into, as a disclaimer.

I really don’t want to derail your PE thread with more questions about your legs, but I’m sure we all want to hear more about it. Can you start a second thread just about your height increase, either in The Dive or here and a mod could move it there?

As for PE, you’re well within the average range, so don’t think of it as a “weakness” that needs to be “corrected”. PE is merely another opportunity for self improvement. Most people are going to give you the same advice: Start with the newbie routine. Be careful, listen to your body, and be consistent. (Consistency is key.) Don’t try to do it all at once. Ease into it and go into it knowing that this is a lengthy process. Devote six months to the newbie routine and I think you’ll be thrilled with your results.

Plenty of successful PEers have some degree of managed BDD or OCD. Just don’t let it run rampant.

With an open ended time frame the vast majority of guys (99% in my opinion) can get 1x1/2”s in gains.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’m not too worried about going crazy or anything. An inch of length and .5 girth would be very satisfactory, and as for other cosmetic surgeries I will probably be abstaining anyways, other than perhaps the dark circles if I can find something reasonable.

As for my legs I’m happy to answer questions here, especially if questions come with advice haha
