Where to get a larger glans cap?

I’m using vacuum stretcher device with glans cap protector, but glans cap is very small (I ordered default one from ebay) and it is a pain to put on and often covers only half of glans. Where can I buy a larger silicon glans cap?

Some of the Chinese websites, and therefore ebay, have a range of sizes, but I don’t know if they are larger than the one you have or smaller. I also don’t know when you could expect it to be shipped given the current quarantine situation in China.

Past a certain size, you’ll have to switch to a different kind of mechanism. There is a kind of hanger that doesn’t rely on fitting the glans into a cap, but instead just covers the glans with a silicone sheath that uses the internal vacuum to hold it in place. With these kinds of set ups, the silicone sheath is held onto an end piece by a zip tie or hose clamp, and the end piece is connected to a key clip or something to attach it to weights or a pulley system.

Vacuum still requires glans cap.,

Maybe I’m confused about what kind of device you’re using.

I like the caps from LG hanger, larger than most, a little pricey but great quality.
