In no means do I mean to derail this thread, but if I’ve been doing PE for about 6 months now, and even with erect jelqing I see little girth gains, should it be safe to move on to clamping?

I really don’t notice any spotting or fatigue like when I started doing PE.

Erect jelqing is probably not the safest exercise out there. I would avoid it.

Understandably so, and it’s not something I do often because it feels most peculiar, however, I am still experimenting to figure out what yields the greatest results with the least amount of negative impact.

I’ve been really fortunate with gains in the length department on a fairly soft 2 on/1 off routine.. Netted me a little over 3/4” in length, but hardly anything in girth, and I’ve started to reach a point of diminishing (slowing) returns.

Ventoso, as a general advice, it would be wise trying first the less intense of techniques. So, if you are sure that jelqs can’t work, you could try pumping before clamping.

Yeah I´m a newbie so I´ll take your advice and stick to the newbie routine for a couple of months and see what happens

Anyway thanks for all your answers and feedback and yes the 7.68” NBPEL was because I had to convert it from the metrical 19,5 cm see ya!
