Hey guys!

I have a question for you.. Which exercise gives best girth gains do you think?

Girth is what I want to increase the most since I´m 7.68 BPEL but only 5.31 I girth

I think it’s clamping, but if you’re new in PE then it’s not for you. Clamping is a very demanding work out and your dick needs to be ready for it!


Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

what you need to do is stick with the newbie routinen for 3 months at least (this will condition your penis to be prepared for more intense exercises). Jelqing is a great girth exercise to be doing during this newbie routine. After that routine is up, pumping and clamping are available but if you go right to them you’ll just damage your penis, and thats far less fun ;)

Crazy driver, before you finish the newbie routine, that is 2-3 months of it, any advanced girth exercise will not give you any gains, it will give you an injury. The newbie routine is for a reason - to condition your penis for the advanced stuff.

So start the newbie routine, take it slow, gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. Who knows, maybe you are one of those lucky guys who get massive newbie gains. Believe me, there is no short road to this stuff; be smart, you don’t need an injury to realise you have to take it easy.

You could incorporate (low HG) pumping into your newbie routine. Very slowly and gradually adding it… This is a safer way to start working on girth, while you are not quite ready to clamp yet.

I love the “only 5.31”. You’re almost half an inch larger than average. In the girth world, that’s a big difference.

If you’re new, don’t even think about clamping, stick to manual exercises only. I’d stick to jelqs and maybe uli’s.

8-ball, most of the world is metric. The 1/100 comes from a calculator. That’s just crazy-driver trying to be helpful to you by converting it to inches.

Start: 6.7" BPEL 4.7" MSEG

Now: 7.3" BPEL 5.0" MSEG

Goal: 8.0" BPEL 5.5" MSEG

To answer your question, I think the one exercise that can do it all is jelquing, but it takes a while to master it.

I need to add .2087 to my girth by this weekend.

What is the best way? :D

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Clamping and erect jelqing. They are both advanced exercises only meant for true PE Jedis.
