Which length exercise should I choose?

I’ve done PE about 5 years ago and made some decent gains. After that I stopped for a while, but I recently restarted again.
My goal is to gain 1-1,5 inch NBPEL and 0,5-1 inch EG. Don’t really need/want more than that.
For girth I will be mainly focusing on clamping, but I need to add a length exercise to my routine. Unfortunately I am very busy so I can’t PE for hours a day, so I’m trying to find a length exercise with the best efficacy / time ratio.
I need to choose between manual stretching, hanging or an extender (Penimaster pro). So I have some questions in order to decide:
1) Hanging or stretching downward mainly stretches the suspensory lig, where gains mainly will result due to more dick coming outside. However, I’ve read that it could cause your dick hanging lower when erect. Right now I’m about 75-90 degree when erect, which I kinda like. How big is the chance that it will hang lower when erect?
2) Is using an extender as effective as manual stretching with hand or hanging? Since I don’t have much time, an extender would be a great solution. However, I notice that extenders need to be on for at least 4-8 hours a day. I think it’s impossible for me to wear an extender with rods to work since that will be visible, and kinda awkward if we go for a walk with colleagues. Having a vacuum extender bound to the leg would be possible, but I’m questioning the efficacy of that since it’s not possible to keep same stretch all the time. I think that rods are more effective due to constant stretch
Realistically I would be able to extend for 2-3 hours a day with rods. Would that be enough? Or too slow progress?
3) If I would choose for manual stretching or hanging, what is generally the minimum effort that’s needed for progress? (how many times a week and how long per session?)
