Which measurement is correct?

When taking measurements, should I take the longest length ever achieved or the most common length? I more commonly measure 7” - 7.5”, but when really turned on I measure 8”. I think 8.25” is the longest that I’ve measured. Should I stick with 7, 7.5, 8 or 8.25?

I just want to track and report the right metrics starting with the correct baseline as to not under/over report progress. I’ve erred to the side of caution and began using 7” although I can measure longer at times.

Take more frequent measurements, only at your best erections. If you spot again a big difference I would guess the cause is your body position while measuring.

Use the same pattern as before. If you took the measurements standing, don’t take the next one sitting. I did an experiment and saw a major difference of 0.8”, details here.

Watch your hip while measuring. Forcing it forward will taint the measurements further.
