Which PE method do you find most effective?

Which PE method do you find most effective?

Just wondering what the most effective method of PE is and why? Obviously multiple forms in conjunction with eachother will be best but if only one method was used which would be most likely to be effective as quick as possible? I Just started hanging for an hr a day as well as using the phallosan forte for the last 2 1/2 months.

Iamaru- is there really such thing as over training when it comes to length work? Isn’t it basically getting to the level of fatigue and then just using the advantages it gives? :)

I definitely think over training can effect erection quality.
