I would very much like to incorporate dld blasters into my routine. Do I do them the way dld describes( laying down,pull up towards chest kegal reverse kegal) or the way shown in the video( sitting down ) Also are the blasters very effective for a newbie, without the A stretch?

Hi eddro, I have changed the format of the Blasters to a sitting position. Follow the video for form. As far as the type of stretch, I highly reccoment the “A-Stretch” but if this is just not possible tey try RB’s solution:"A-STRETCH" Modified Using RB’s Method
