"A-STRETCH" Modified Using RB's Method

The DLD “A-STRETCH” is now possible for anyone to do. Thanks to RB’s modified version this important stretch to the Blaster can be done by all. Here is an illustration showing how to get into the Modified A-Stretch. Once engaged follow the DLD Blaster Thread for instruction to the Blasters. The arrows shown in the illustration represent the ability to use the pipe as a lever.

WOW…RB I just used this method of “A-Stretch” this morning and they are a fabulous alternative. The lever action is awesome and the stretch is intense. Anyone who can’t get into the regular “A-Stretch” try these…they rock. When I used these in conjunction with the Blasters I was amazed at the similarities to the regular A-Stretch.

DLD, i cant stretch with my pinky away from my body like all of your drawings suggest i should… i always use my thumb and index finger with my pinky towards my body and grip just behind the head.

scooter, don’t worry, as long as you have a good solid comfortable grip, that is all that matters…

Some members have complained that gripping behind the head and pulling out causes them to get red spots on the glans from trapped blood. Of course, this may not happen with everyone or every time. Perhaps a grip that first squeezes the glans then tightens on the shaft for the pull would prevent this.

I’ve found it not too difficult to do in this manner:

1. Palm down, grasp the head with the middle finger. This begins to squeeze some blood out of the head.
2. Close the first finger and thumb around the corona and end of the shaft. This allows a good grip for the pull.
3. Pull away from the body using your triceps muscle. Baby (talcum) powder helps in getting a good grip.

If you’re doing the twist Blasters you can twist your flaccid penis in the direction you desire before grasping with the middle finger and it will work the same way.

I use RB’s pipe method all the time because a) my dick isn’t yet long enough to use my arm for the A stretch and b) my wrists are too thick anyway.

Westla, I am surprised that you think your dick is not long enough to do regular A stretch. If I didn’t remember in a mistake, yours is definitely at least 1” longer than mine, but I found I myself can easily perform the regular A stretch. The key is that you have to do it in a completely flaccid status. I can do it under 30% erection, but found more difficult to stretch and uncomfortable.

Westla, that is exactly how I take my grip. I don’t even think about it anymore. If I am feeling head pressure beyond the comfort zone when stretching, I simply start over and squeeze blood out of my glans.

Very good advice.

rainsea, my BPFS is 8.75”, and I can’t do a standard a stretch. Dick exits body too low and forearms/wrists are too damn big :)

I tried using a 3/4” pvc pipe but I think it gives to much

pressure. I broke major blood vessesls each time I tried

it. Did I put too much pressure? Do you wrap the pipe

with something soft? or do you need a bigger pipe?

Obwon, where did you break blood vessels? I’ve never even come close to having that sort of issue, even when pulling and stretching with all I have.

You might try again with a section of 1.5” id pvc, and concentrate on feeling your shaft stretch over and around the pipe.

I broke vessel on underside where pipe was placed.

It might be new enlarged vessels from pe’ing. And

they are not as strong yet. Although I have been

at pe for 10 months.

Based on that, definitely go to a larger diameter pipe. That will help displace the pressure over a much larger area, and hopefully alleviate the issue.

Make sure you’re good and healed first, though.

LOL! Well, I got a equation

A = f ( x1, x2, x3, x4 )

where output A = Availability of A-Stretch is the function of independent variables x1=BPFS of penis, x2=width of forearm/wrist, x3=length of arm and x4=body flexibility. However, how much each independent variable affects the output is still a question. Who can figure it out? Also, any other possible independent variables? :D
