Whitish circle on glans after vac hanging temporary?

Is the Whitish circle on glans after vac hanging temporary? Is there a way to treat this?

I just started vacuum hanging a few days ago and have not gotten this yet. When did you start getting it? Where on the glans does it appear? Near the pee hole or somewhere else?

Think this happened when I did a 1h set. It’s more or less the middle of glans like a ring. It’s most noticeable when I squeeze it during hanging. When erected it’s not visible tho. Still not 100% sure how it happened cause my meatus/around pee hole zone got little bruised during a clamp hang session. This area is reddish all time since then and I can’t remember how the corona zone was colored to be honest. When I squeeze during hanging the corona remains reddish but not as regular as the upper part. Maybe it’s just coincidence that my glans has more pale middle ring cause I did vac and clamp hanging on same day. But the pale area resembles too much of a whitish ring people talk here about to simply ignore.

What weight were you at when you got it?

The weird thing is when I try to google something like “Thunders’ place whitish circle vac hanger” there are no threads. Maybe there is another word for it. But I can’t find many search results for this.

White or paleness usually indicates lack of or poor blood flow.

Has it gone away?

It’s better now but there is still a visible lighter area below meatus. Might be a combination of both which made it the middle part appear even more pale than usual.

Is it dry and peeling?

Didn’t notice any dryness. It felt ok but I took a small break because the meatus area was still too irritated and didn’t know what exactly was the problem. Day by day it’s getting better and glans color gets more uniform even without rest days. I’m very careful now tho and make constant glans check to avoid any damage.

The whitish can also be edema. I get it when doing 4 HR vac stretcher. It goes away pretty quickly. Might lower the vacuum draw to a smaller amount. This seemed to help with mine. I try to get the glans all the way into the cup leaving no space, then barely draw a vacuum.

Is the whitish edema just a color change or also fluid build up? After vac hanging/stretching my glans looks pretty pale and sucked out for a short time.

Are there any example images of the post-vac whitish circle? It’s listed as one of main disadvantages but I can’t find any images of it.
