Wondering why the BP stat matters at all in PE. No woman is going to judge your piece by pushing back skin to make it look bigger. Just something I don’t really get and wanted to hear everyone’s opinion.

It takes the thickness of the fat pad out of the equation so you get consistent length measurements and growth progress measurements. It’s not for impressing your woman.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Plus there can be a motivational factor for someone to lose weight along with their PE program. We commonly see fat pad between 3/4” to 1”. If you have 6.5” BPEL and a 5” NBPEL you could reasonably expect to gain 1/2” from weight loss.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I have lost 40 pounds in 6.5 weeks. I am halfway to my goal of 80 pounds and can definitely see a difference in the mirror and the ruler!

This is my first post as well. I have been doing PE and following Thundersplace for over a year now and with commitment, this stuff really works! Thanks to all for sharing their experiences.

As of right now, I’m 7.375”BPEL. My NBPEL is barely over 6”! I’m not really fat, 5’10”, about 185lbs. But, I do have a bit of a gut.

Three weeks ago I started jogging and doing push ups, about every other day. My main reason? I want to get rid of as much of my fat pad as possible! 7.5” looks a whole lot bigger than 6”! Also I know it’s better for my overall health in general.

Oh, I will! I’m now 2 on 1’off with jogging. Will hopefully soon be jogging every day.

For long term results your diet is the most important.

Don’t forget to build muscles to. Muscles burn fat (energy) even when you sleep or rest.

It’s funny how this “Why BPEL” question gets asked from time to time. It’s simple. When analyzing a process, remove all non-contributing factors. When measuring your height, you want to remove shoes and socks. If you decide that it’s okay to factor in shoes and socks, then you need to standardize which shoes, which socks. Now, you’ve created a new problem: your shoes and socks vs. those worn by others (if you care about where you fall on a chart of averages).

BPEL isn’t perfect but it’s close.

I do pretty good at eating right. I do eat a bag or two of pretzels a week. (Starch) So I’m also gonna stop that, when they’re gone. Thanks!

On top of the responses above, bpel is also the measurement a woman will feel when going balls deep.

Your bone pressed measurement is definitely noticed when she is on top with all of her weight. I can bottom out in most positions with my girl and tell easily how it makes her feel but when she is on top and the fat is constantly compressed her eyes roll back in her fucking head like shock and awe!

Nice base girth Steinroid! I’m not surprised she has that response when getting to that base lol! Have you always had a big base girth compared to mid-shaft or is that from clamping or pumping?
