Width vs girth

I have been wondering if there are anyways to specifically add width (as in left to right looking down). As opposed to circumference.

Don’t put the cart in front of the horse. General PE will increase circumference, which will cause left to right growth.

Start with the newbie routine, you will accomplish this goal. It will be girthier, but who doesn’t want more, right?

Hmmm probably pump with eliptical cylinder.

But its its will have to be super accurate for your penis size. So accurate that I think you shouldn’t do it :D .

Been on the newbie routine for a bit. I have also done PE off and on for years. It was a thought I had when doing plumped bends. So I was tried jelqing at about 80% doing medium pressure arcs to the left and right. I don’t think it did anything, other than feel good.
