Will I shrink back to my default size if I stop PE after reaching the desired length?

I am currently 5.5, completely new here.

Plan to go up to 7.0.

My question is that, if I stop PE exercises after reaching 7.0, will I shrink back to 5.5?

Yes.but maybe you will not lose it all your gains.

Once we’ve gained, we’ve to maintain it.

If we quit and never look back, odds are in favor to lose the majority of our hard earned growth.

Another question, is maintaining as rigorous as PE?
Like is it something I can do for a few minutes into the shower?

Newbie routine could be considered an maintenance routine.

A routine ranging from 20 to 30 minutes composed with at least manual stretches and wet jelqing should do the job.

In my experience that’s definitely possible. Though girth is far more resistant to loss than length.
