Will working out with weights hinder growth

Hi to all, this is my first post. I just started Jelq’s, only my second day doing this, I was just curious if working out with weights will affect my growth. Every time I work out with weights (and I lift very heavy) I strain alot, and in turn my penis shrivles up quite a bit, I was wondering if this is a bad thing? Does anyone have any feedback they can share? Thank you in advance.

No lifting weights, (a few hours per week) and a little cardio (1/2 a day three days a week) Will not hinder gains. Shrinkage post exercise will not hinder gains this is normal.

Great post. I’m new to PE also and have noticed the same “shrinkage” issue after biking. Spending 10 minutes in the spa afterwards seems to help a lot though.

Lifting weights or biking will not hurt your PE. I do both regularly and experience little, if any, shrinkage. Actually, any exercise seems to enhance your PE experience due to increased oxygenated blood flow, at least in my case.

Haha, me too. No, its not a bad thing. It should help in the long run because of the increased blood flow.

Some people think it is beneficial to prevent shriveling by wearing some sort of ADS (all day stretcher) or wrap. Search for ADS and you will find a lot to read about that.
