Will working out with weights hinder growth
Hi to all, this is my first post. I just started Jelq’s, only my second day doing this, I was just curious if working out with weights will affect my growth. Every time I work out with weights (and I lift very heavy) I strain alot, and in turn my penis shrivles up quite a bit, I was wondering if this is a bad thing? Does anyone have any feedback they can share? Thank you in advance.
