Hi all,
I’m new to the forums, I’m Wiz, 30 years old, fairly fit and new to PE. I’ve been lurking for some time now and I’ve read a lot of threads. I’ve not yet started PE because I want to clear all my doubts and have a good grasp of what, why and how I will do.

I’m currently trying to measure my penis as accurately as possible and take photos in order to track all my progresses. I’m really serious about PE and I want to prepare the best I can. I’m going to take the following measurements: BPEL, NBPEL, EG (base, middle, head), FL, FG (base, middle, head), BPFSL. Flaccid figures will be taken in early morning, afternoon and late evening. Do I miss something?

My routine will be the newbie one, for 2 or 3 months. I’m undecided if doing stretches before jelqs or the other way around. I read on PE-Forums that stretching will exhaust penile tissue and thus make jelqing less efficient. What do you suggest?

I’d like to do wet jelqs while taking a shower but I’m a little confused about the friction though. Should I use a lube or soap will suffice?

As for goals, a have a skinny unit, you can see it in my signature. After the necessary conditioning, I will aim for girth. Maybe starting with pumps and advanced techniques. However that will be a couple of months in the future, now I want to have only a good, solid start. How about my program?

2005 April, May, June - start PE, newbie routine, BPELxEG (base) 7”x4.5”
2005 December 7.5”x4.75”
2006 June 8”x5”
2007 June 8.5”x5.25”
2008 June 9”x5.5”

Total gains +2” x +1” in 3 years.

Your goals seem reasonable and achievable, and many guys have attained similar length and girth goals or both. This is a longterm commitment for the kind of gains you wish to make. Good luck to you. Welcome aboard.

You’re starting things properly by taking initial measurements and pictures. Beginning with the newbie routine is the best way to start and as you gain experience you will add exercises to your routine, as needed. Never stop researching and reading about other people’s experiences.

Use some kind of hand lotion or body lubricant to wet jelq as they are smoother on the penile skin. Stretching first is more practical since the skin will be dry allowing for better grip and the penis will be in a nice flaccid pulling state.

Nice first post: I’m glad you understand that PE is a “Marathon”, not a “Sprint”. In terms of your youtine, if you want girth, focusing on jelqing is probably the way to go. Minimize your stretching until you’re in a “length gaining cycle”.

Wow, the timetable you provided just floors me, what a great display of attitude. You will be successful, I am sure. You should be 5 in no time, start using a quality skin barrier to reduce friction, soap or shampoo will not work for long.

I totally did not see the lube question. My bad. Must slooooow down when I read. I jelq in the shower and use Dove Deep Conditiner. Works extremly well, and leaves you nice and soft afterwards.

Any kind of conditioner is good, as my associate put it so well. Just stay away from waxy shampoos and soaps. I started out using them for a couple of days, and switched ASAP! I could have sworn my dick was a candle.

You are right about the goals. I’ve to admit that +1” in girth is much more important to me that +2” in length. Girth will be my number one priority, and I think that already focusing on jelqing rather than stretching is a good advice.

I forgot to say that I already started kegeling. I do kegels 3 times a day, 50 holds for 2 seconds, and I will gradually build up from there. I hope these exercise will help with my erections that, during the last few years, are difficult to keep without direct stimulation. For example when the girl stays on top and doesn’t do much movement or during a long foreplay my dick begins to soften, and sometimes go limp :( On the other hand if I have control, for example in the missionary position, I generally don’t have problems and can go longer and harder. Does this sounds like mild ED?

For my newbie routine, I’m still undecided about the exercises order. I understand that stretching before jelqing is more practical but on PE-forums I read the following:

BA: I'm going by my own personal experience and from those of my clients. Stretching temporarily exhausts the penile tissues. That can make performing girth work immediately afterwards a bit difficult.

What about that?

One last question about hot-wraps. I don’t have a microwave, and I’m experimenting with a glass full of hot water in order to warm-up my unit — balls excluded. What other methods are frequently used?

Yes, but didn’t it look thick and shiny? ;) I always wondered why they sell “Mane and Tail” horse shampoo at Wal-Mart.
