Working with a low LOT.
Hi guys,Lately I’ve been adding more stretching to my routine (which consisted of mainly Jelging) to get some length gains.
Using Bibs Lot Theory,I worked out my lot to be low at 7:00 .Am I right in thinking Lig stretches are wasted on me??
Also after what feels like a good stretch at the end of workout I have red/purple dots that disappear within a day.Am I working it too hard?
