Hi guys,Lately I’ve been adding more stretching to my routine (which consisted of mainly Jelging) to get some length gains.

Using Bibs Lot Theory,I worked out my lot to be low at 7:00 .Am I right in thinking Lig stretches are wasted on me??

Also after what feels like a good stretch at the end of workout I have red/purple dots that disappear within a day.Am I working it too hard?

Don’t worry too much about lot. It’s just a theory and it has holes. Concentrate on ligs during the first year or so of PE. Tunica gains are difficult, slow and time consuming do them when you are no longer gaining. Bib gained most of his size from lig hanging.
