I’m a gym rat, 5 nights a week that is.

I was wondering if things like protein, post workout recovery items, creatine, and Nitric oxide help the PE process any from your experience. Tried the Arginine and it helped more in the gym than it did PE

Any help here guys?

Check out the supplement section. I am also a gym rat. I’m actually a competitive bodybuilder and I haven’t seen a difference from the supplements I take with regards to PE.
