WORRY about Penis Head during Erection

Hey guys so I’ve got a question about the expansion of the penis head during erection.

I noticed recently that when I am erect and do a strong kegel, the head expands to double the size! It gets a lot bigger and also looks really smooth and “shiny”. But when I release the kegel it returns to its previous size and form(halved in size, not smooth and shiny). So I kept thinking that this happens because I don’t have such developed smooth muscle (as per TGC theory) and that my EQ is probably lower as a result.

But I don’t know if my speculations even have a solid rational. Can such a huge difference in expansion of the head be attributed to lower EQ? Could it be something worse? Or is this normal?

My glans stopped inflating from riding a bike too and from school as a kid. At that time, the shaft could be completely erect while the glans was almost totally deflated. I’ve gotten much better inflation though since I started penis pumping regularly and I did notice an improvement from using diluted DMSO in the urethra a couple times.

The glans has grown faster than the shaft for me since I started penis pumping and light hanging. I haven’t decided if a mushroom head is a good thing, but it looks like I’m getting one.

I think when the glans doesn’t inflate but the shaft does it indicates some structural problem in the penis.

This is what my urologist told me when I asked if my glans are normal, I have the same “problem” by the way:

Most guys will have a slight to medium increase in glans during a hard on. The glans only becomes fuller when we are about to ejaculate… It’s a brain process that moves the arousal control from sympathetic to parasympathetic system. When this change happens in the brain our heart beats faster and harder, our breath speeds up, and the penis gets an extra blood flow. It’s the sign of ejaculation coming.

By his answer I think it’s normal. But yeah, I would like to see my glans full all the time.
