Yeah dude, any one of those extendors, pretty sure even a cheap one off amazon would work fine, I just did a basic increasing routine like

Extended 2-3 times a day at first for 10-15 mins every day or every other day if I felt like I needed rest, every week increased each set by 5 mins for 2 months, then eventually did one or 2 giant sets of like 30-1 hour everyday or every other day, mix in some jelqing and squeezes , clamp or pump after 6 months experience and ull see gains no doubt

Always get ur little guy nice and warm before stretching, shower or heat pad

what do you think about wearing one 8 hrs a day after the 3 months of newbie routine and also combined with jelqing and stretching?Too much or just fine

That would be kinda hard in my opinion haha, first off ur dick would get cold and you don’t want that to happen, soon as it gets cold nothing productive is going on so you gotta take it off and re heat.

I say max 1 hour at a time , 30 min sets of 3-5 a day when you’re conditioned for it should be good enough mixed in with blood work

This is just my opinion thought I’m not a PE scientist , I just understand human kinetics really well.

The trick is to keep as much blood flowing in your guy as possible, don’t let it get cold
