Im 19 and i know that i am still in my growin phase but if i took hgh booster supplements combined with the linear newbie routine are gains possible???

No.

I am unaware of any proof that any of those HGH boosters actually do what they claim. Your HGH should be all kinds of high at your age anyway. Sorry. As usual, all you need is proper nutrition, exercise, and rest. Boring, but what can ya do? Save yourself a few bucks on all that garbage.

I remember when I started a bit younger than you, stretching and extenders were very effective for noob gains, in like 6 months gained almost an inch, gotta be consistent tho, every day or every other day without forgetting

Of course hGH helps, you know that, it is why you asked.
BUT, as was said above, the supplements are marginal at best and not even worth paying for until you are over 40 at a minimum.

If you want more hGH at your age, add some exercise before PE. Your body will supply the needed Growth Hormones

Mike03016 also noted correct i know hgh could definitely work as injections but they are quite expensive

Hey Bud. I see allot of short replies without any explanations for your question.. I’m personally just starting out with PE. This is a subject that I’m just learning about, but like anything else in life I usually research the shit out of it.
Alternatively I’ve been an athlete all my life. I’m now 42. In order to stay fit and active I’ve looked at keeping my “Free Testosterone” at it’s highest possible level by using natural means. During all the research that I’ve done I did come across some herbal supplements that are 100% safe for you body and liver. Tongkat Ali extract at 100:1 or 200:1 concentration is one of these herbs. (There are others) What these herbs do is help the body minimize cortisol. This chemical that is found naturally in the body and it reduces your “Free Testosterone”. Making a very long story short.. Find ways to boost Free test. This can be done with exercise (mostly resistance exercises), diet and using herbs like mentioned.
All that being said. If you are a healthy and fit 19 year old, your testosterone should be at it’s highest. My advise would be to do some research and learn how to minimize the cortisol and boost Free Testosterone. As far as the effects on Penis growth. Maximizing you male hormone can only help. IMHO.

what do you mean when you say male hormone

At 19 years old you are wasting your $ if you pay for supplements that your body will produce naturally.
Start a free weight routine you do for 30-40 mins three days a week. Keep all your reps between 10-6 and increase weight every set.
Set 1 ten reps
Set 2 increase weight 8-10 reps
Set 3 increase weight and 6-10 reps.
When you get to 10 reps on set three add weight to all your sets and start the process again.
Work the main complex muscle groups, chest, back, and legs. Complex exercises trigger more testosterone/GH then individual muscle exercises.

This will give you the results your are looking for.
When you are 54 years old (like me) then and only then may you want to add TestoFuel and Labrada HumanoGrowth supplements for testosterone and hGH help.
These are old guy supplements that we take because we are not 19 like you.

Boxing is a great tool to produce the natural testosterone/GH you are asking about.

Just schedule your PE within an hour or two after these workouts.

Ok that would be at night as ive heard pe workouts just before sleep can help with healing and gains

Intermittent fasting can help the male body produce up to 2000% more naturally occurring HGH. I’m currently ramping up slowly to 2 24 hour fasts per week. I’m not sure what the effects will be but it will be interesting to see and will help with weight loss and detoxifying the body. Both of those benefits of fasting will surely help with my PE ambitions.
