I’ve been around these forums for about 1 month. I told myself that i wasn’t gonna post until I see some gains. Well yesterday i got a ruler out and measured. I went from 6 BPEL to 6.5. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I pressed a little harder than usual. But there is definately gains. When i put my hand around the unit, the head is a little farther from my index finger. I just want to say thanks to everyone for the motivation. There has been times when i was getting frustrated. I thought PE was a crock of shit. But I’m a beliver now. I PE’ed everyday for 6 weeks. NO REST!!!! I’ve been taking supplements too. Anyways thanks again everyone.

300 wet jelq in the morning shower. stretch all directions. then 300 more wet jelq around 5 oclock. stretch all directions. put on PM for 3 hours. I did this everyday for 6 weeks. i figure between the morning Jelq and the afternoon jelq is plenty of rest time for me. i stretch all day long too. any chance i get i’m pulling at it. private … plublic who cares.

I jelq at around 50 percent.. I’m fairly new at this. When I first started, I only jelq’ed. Then I got tired of jelqing and bought a stretcher. Used it for about a week and got tired of the stretcher. Everytime I get tired of something, I look for other alternatives. In the process I learn something new (like v stretch JAI stretch and kegal). Now I incorporated everything in my routine and I’m gonna keep at it untill I reach my goal. I want to start hanging but no privacy. I wish there was a heavy piece of metal that is thin and vertical so I can hang in my pants or shorts. I think in PE knowlege is key. The more you know the quicker the gains. There is so much information in these forums, I’m so glad it’s here. THANKS THUNDERSS
