Yet another 'help me get my erections back' thread
I don’t know where I should post it so I’m posting it here with apologies in advance if it belongs somewhere else:P.
I need some advice. I have a problem about which I don’t really know what to do. I’m having a problem getting hard erections, but on the other hand, unlike most of people who post about similar problems I don’t have any other negative symptoms. For example:
-if I don’t masturbate 3-5 times in one day, I will get a hard morning wood in the next morning.(I don’t know whether I get nocturnal erections since I usually sleep when I’m supposed to experience them:P )
-I don’t have any problems with getting my penis up to around 60-70% erection. I get spontaneous erections when I see a sexy girl during the day.
-I can get off 5-6 times a day
-I can get my penis up with my thoughts only - no touching(again to 60-70% erection)
The only time when my penis gets really hard is in the morning along with the morning wood. By 60-70% erection I mean when my penis is at around 20 degrees to the horizontal, is almost as big as should be, but not really hard. Ideal for jelqing:P .
I went back into PE and tried to cut of porn/masturbating and things like that. I can see an increase in my morning woods, but I don’t see an improvement in my erections. My PE routine is pretty light:
-2x25s stretch SO, 2x25s stretch up(5s increase per stretch every week)
-50 dry jelqs(I’m uncut)(10 increase every week)
-100 kegels(20 increase every week)
Since I just finished my second week, starting tomorrow I’ll do 4x35s stretches/70 jelqs/140 kegels
The first week I did 2on/1off schedule, but during the second one I made only 1 rest day. After reading a thread about Wadzillas friend I thought that since my routine seems very light I should be able to do it with minimal rests. No negative PIs, if I notice some I will take a rest and consider adding rest days to my routine.
After reading quite a bit about problems with erections, I come to a conclusion that it might be my masturbation habit that caused it. I have noticeably easier time getting hard when I sit down, and that’s the way I masturbated for the past 4 years or so… Sitting in front of my computer.
Ok, so I have a diagnosis that may be wrong, or may be right, but even assuming that it’s a sweet spot shot, I still don’t know what to do about it. I mean how am I supposed to reprogram myself if I can’t get hard normally in other places/positions? Thankfully when I’m with girls I’m aroused enough so that the penis has no other choice but to get hard, but it probably could get even more erect if not for my “problem”. What do you think?
And a special question to King Pole - I read that you had problems with ED caused by diuretics, but couldn’t find any info about how you overcome it. Would you mind sharing?
