Hello guys,
I don’t know where I should post it so I’m posting it here with apologies in advance if it belongs somewhere else:P.

I need some advice. I have a problem about which I don’t really know what to do. I’m having a problem getting hard erections, but on the other hand, unlike most of people who post about similar problems I don’t have any other negative symptoms. For example:
-if I don’t masturbate 3-5 times in one day, I will get a hard morning wood in the next morning.(I don’t know whether I get nocturnal erections since I usually sleep when I’m supposed to experience them:P )
-I don’t have any problems with getting my penis up to around 60-70% erection. I get spontaneous erections when I see a sexy girl during the day.
-I can get off 5-6 times a day
-I can get my penis up with my thoughts only - no touching(again to 60-70% erection)

The only time when my penis gets really hard is in the morning along with the morning wood. By 60-70% erection I mean when my penis is at around 20 degrees to the horizontal, is almost as big as should be, but not really hard. Ideal for jelqing:P .

I went back into PE and tried to cut of porn/masturbating and things like that. I can see an increase in my morning woods, but I don’t see an improvement in my erections. My PE routine is pretty light:
-Warm up
-2x25s stretch SO, 2x25s stretch up(5s increase per stretch every week)
-Warm up
-50 dry jelqs(I’m uncut)(10 increase every week)
-Hot bath:P
-100 kegels(20 increase every week)

Since I just finished my second week, starting tomorrow I’ll do 4x35s stretches/70 jelqs/140 kegels
The first week I did 2on/1off schedule, but during the second one I made only 1 rest day. After reading a thread about Wadzillas friend I thought that since my routine seems very light I should be able to do it with minimal rests. No negative PIs, if I notice some I will take a rest and consider adding rest days to my routine.

After reading quite a bit about problems with erections, I come to a conclusion that it might be my masturbation habit that caused it. I have noticeably easier time getting hard when I sit down, and that’s the way I masturbated for the past 4 years or so… Sitting in front of my computer.

Ok, so I have a diagnosis that may be wrong, or may be right, but even assuming that it’s a sweet spot shot, I still don’t know what to do about it. I mean how am I supposed to reprogram myself if I can’t get hard normally in other places/positions? Thankfully when I’m with girls I’m aroused enough so that the penis has no other choice but to get hard, but it probably could get even more erect if not for my “problem”. What do you think?

And a special question to King Pole - I read that you had problems with ED caused by diuretics, but couldn’t find any info about how you overcome it. Would you mind sharing?

Checked your blood-pressure? Are you in a good shape? Do you use medicines/alchool/drugs?

Jelqs and edging are good for erections, but if you have some problem related to above points, you have to solve that.

You masturbate 5 times every day? You don’t really have a problem, you are just worn out.

Try just getting off once a day for a while and see if things don’t improve.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

General health is very important.. Also exercise my man! Cardio.. Plus some weight-training is also benificial!

Also just stop masturbating.. Completely cut that shit out.. Get a girlfriend.. :)

What you’re eating is also important.. Try eating healthy..
I’ve expierence low quality erection when I haven’t eaten nothing but junk.. A whole day..
Since I’m pretty busy sometimes.. I sometime when I skip meals.. And become fatigued..
And that leads to bad erection .

Doesn’t sound like you have an erection but over masturbation problem. Listen to gprent.

@Marinera - I generally am in good shape. I’m very fit and exercise a lot, but I have some health problems(breathing problems,something similar to asthma). This puts a lot of stress on my cardio, but OTOH I’ve practised lots of sports when I was younger pretty seriously, and my cardio capacity/ability(don’t know how to say it, but I guess you can get it) is in amazingly good shape given my health condition, and according to sport doctors is in a shape typical for long distance swimmers(awesome even for healthy people). I don’t smoke, and don’t overdo alcohol… usually:P

@gprent - I do not always do 5 times a day. Used to do it 3-5 times a day, but during the former 2 weeks I only masturbated like 3 times per week.

@Xantam - I do lots of cardio(running and swimming), but I guess I could use some weight…I’m definitely not build like a bodybuilder. The thing is I never really liked such exercises. I mean I like being dynamic a lot.

As for the girlfriend part, I recently got out of a very long relationship so I guess I’m not really in the mood for “looking” for a girlfriend which means no regular sex for me. At least for now. I must say though that getting off 5 times a day wasn’t too big of a problem for me(for example 3 times when masturbating, 2 times during sex). ‘Irregular’ sex has some benefits though;) .

Today I woke up with only a semi-erection in the morning, but I was rudely awoken at 7-am(slept only 5 hours:P ) because of the water leakage in the toilet:P. An hour later though,I started thinking about one sexy girl I know, and before I noticed it I got a pretty hard erection. That got me thinking. For the last month or so I was worried about my erections not being hard enough each time I got one. Could it be that my concentrating on my erection level kills my erections?

A few hours later I edged for half an hour trying hard to relax and not think about my erection quality and I got something like a 95% erection. It enabled me to take measurements. They definitely could be better if I got a 100% erection, but the difference would be 0,2” at most.
BPEL - 7,2”
NBPEL - 6,6”

I also decided to edge for an hour each Monday/Wednesday/Friday, each session ending with a flush of the system(ejaculation) as well as to drop half of the Kegels each day, to make sure I don’t overtrain my BC/PC muscle.

And since I’d like to gain some lenght, I decided to add 1 minute piss pulls;) .

If what causes the problem is me worrying too much I’m gonna feel stupid…

Years ago when I was learning to drive a motorcycle, you had to do “garage turns” - full 180-degree at minimum turn radius, at barely moving speed. Of course I kept tipping the bike, and my teacher said “You keep looking into the ground, that’s where you’ll end up.”

Same thing for you, I think. Worrying about your erection level certainly won’t improve it.

Asthmatic problems - take any medicines for that? And how old are you?

I do take standart asthma medications - some form of budezonid. I’m 22.

I’d ask my doctor next time if they could be affecting things (I have no idea, I’m not in the medical business). You seem a little young for ED issues due to aging.

I’d try to stop worrying so much instead.
