Hey guys, I have not posted in a long time because I strained myself awhile back but you can read all about it in my posts or in the “NEW newbie + advanced routine” Thread. To make a long story short, I clamped down on the base of my dong too hard. However, I went to my urologist (twice) to really make sure everything was ok, and sure enough it is. Besides I have not done any real PEing since 6/2/2007. So I feel like I’m good to come back. I really want to gain back the results that I lost! I’m currently back at about 7” BPEL and 5” girth. I had my BPEL to about 7.5” and 5 and 1/4” in girth. Hopefully that will come back quickly. In any case though, I really want to focus on my length first before girth. I will most likely start back up on only stretching with minimal to no jelqing just so I don’t hinder any length gains. Give feedback if you guys have any.

Thanks guys! Hey when I was PEing I was using baby oil with vitamin E does anyone jelq with it? Also, could anyone recommend some other good lubes to use while jelqing?

I like water-based lubes personally. If it starts to dry up just add more water and you’re back in business. Astro Glide is a good one.

I use a silicon based lube, Platinum Wet. Lasts for ages. But there’s a lot of oils and lubes you can use, baby, vitamin E, olive, mustard seed. Take your pick buddy.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! Since I’m coming back from a long break I’m not sure if I should PE 2 day on 1 day off, or 1 day on 1 day off? One last thing, I know there is a lot of debate about having sex or masturbating after a PE session, but if anyone could refresh on how long to wait after a PE session would be helpful.

I’d personally say go for the 2 on 1 off, but do what ever feels right, just don’t over do it.

Alright, I think that this pressure feeling in my pelvic and sometimes groin area is something that I’m just going to have to live with. If you don’t know what I’m talking about read this thread, Clamped down on my dong a little too hard.

Anyway, I always feel this pressure to some extent. Either it is very weak and mild or it can be a little more intense, but it is NEVER painful just sometimes uncomfortable. That is why I took an extra day of rest yesterday because the pressure was a little more intense so I thought it best just to rest it. If my urologist had any reason for concern about this then I would not have started PEing again but he said that it’s nothing to worry about and did not feel like a MRI was necessary. He told me any type of surgery to try and relive pressure could have worse effects rather then just letting it go.

Now I have not PEed for over 8 months which I feel was a extensive period to wait so I don’t feel like I’m rushing in and my routine right now only consists of 2, 35 second stretches (down, up, left right, forward) then only 40 jelqs and that’s it. Let me know your guys thoughts on this, Thanks!

I have noticed that since I have returned to PEing the pressure in my side has increased somewhat. WHAT THE HELL! I AM SO CONFUSED!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! I mean it’s been 8 months since I last PEed! Could I have damaged the vein or could there be a blood clot in one of them?? OR could it just be inflammation? There’s no bumps bruising or raised skin everything looks normal but I feel it! Seriously though, Don’t you guys think if something was really wrong or a cause for concern that my Urologist would have said something! So should I really stop PEing again?! I just really need some ideas.

Ok so I have been back for awhile but have not posted anything for a long time now and have been going at it on my own. But I think it’s time to get some help! So I know why I have not seen dramatic results. It’s because I have been taking longer rest periods anywhere from 2-4 days! Now it’s not because I need extra rest days all the time but I just get so damn busy! And the routine takes at least an hour and half. Sometimes I only get 2-3 sessions in each week! I need some real motivation and inspiration to be consistent at this!

Now I told you all that so I could lead into this next question. My routine is basic right now but I’m not a newbie by any means! I’ve been back since the end of November. And I took off cause of an injury. My stats are BP:7 1/8-1/4”, EG:5 1/4”, My routine as of now is:
Stretches 5 rounds 45 seconds each,

Then 130 jelqs.
(I have added extra seconds and more jelqs to my routine since November)

Basic like I said. My question is where should I go from here? I know I need to be more consistent with my routine and I would probably see some better results. BUT! Should my routine stay so basic or should I switch it up? PLEASE HELP!

Can someone please give me some advice!

I’ve made a return as well after my yearly 2-3 month break.

I’m currently on the newbie routine, I seem to have lost very little of my gains.
