Also I NIR + RED during manual stretches and or warm up. I don’t do it with the cylinder and NIR&RED it doesn’t make sense to me but everyone is different. Since you only water pump for 20 min max a day, with hot water, you have all the heat you would want during a session. If you are interested in girth try the 5 x 5 x 3 routine, you have to go to MOS matters of size for that info, way too long to explain here and you need to research a lot on this to see if it is for you. It has worked amazing for me to get girth spread out on all my shaft. Everyman is different.
