Not so worried about the amount of time to pump, but I can attest to the extra weight and lengthy being a hassle… I made a 12" pump and wish it was 9"… will get around to reducing the length one day.

What is the advantage of NIR versus normal heating pads? Is it that the NIR energy heats the skin of the penis inside the cylinder without needing to heat the cylinder and then the air inside the cylinder first? I can imagine maybe that if a person is doing short intervals of vacuum then the air might not heat before a fresh bunch of air is allowed to mix with it? For constant vacuum over 20-30 minutes it seems to me that it wouldn’t make a difference? (I have never tried either NIR or normal heating pads, so maybe what I imagine is all wrong.)

I think you hear mix reviews because of the lack of clarity. You can’t compare a air pump with gauge to bathmate. You need to compare air pump with gauge with water and air.

I personally have no idea how guys air pump. Some have found that EQ has been better with water and are shocked when they do the switch.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.25 NBPEL / 6.75 BPEL / 4.75 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring over ball & shaft) / Grower 4 FL - 4/2024 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.25 EG & Solid EQ)

Also I NIR + RED during manual stretches and or warm up. I don’t do it with the cylinder and NIR&RED it doesn’t make sense to me but everyone is different. Since you only water pump for 20 min max a day, with hot water, you have all the heat you would want during a session. If you are interested in girth try the 5 x 5 x 3 routine, you have to go to MOS matters of size for that info, way too long to explain here and you need to research a lot on this to see if it is for you. It has worked amazing for me to get girth spread out on all my shaft. Everyman is different.

Thanks, I’m pretty new to it all, so I’m just trying to do anything consistently and see some improvement. Mostly I’ve found the extender seems to be something I can do every day without too much hassle. I want to use the pump more, because I think a well-rounded routine probably helps. I’m afraid to try water, because I just destroyed my pump a couple of weeks ago by carelessly trying to wash the tube without removing the hose first.
