I would like to learn more about this stretch. I tried it and it felt good. What has been your experience with it?

I have only good things to say about the BTC stretch, I do them for hours a day and give them due credit for helping me to reach my first inch.

I didn’t invest too much time with BTC when it came to manual stretches, but when I incorporated it with hanging, it made all the difference in the world for me. Definitely one of my favorite angles when it comes to stretching.

Good to hear positive responses! Think Ill do more of it. My balls feel like they come in the way tho, any suggestions?

One more thing, do you stand up or lie down while in the stretch?

Since I am hanging, I have to be lying down. Even for my brief moments of doing manual BTC stretches, I would lie down as well.

It’s a great exercise, it really targets the ligs, you can feel the stretch. I would say the majority of my length gains comes from BTC stretching. It’s one of my favorite exercises along with the jelq.

I always PE sitting down, usually on the edge of a chair or something like that.

I find that BTC stretch is more effective when ligament is “tired” like aftee having sex or a routine.

Will try a BTC after a workout then. ;)

BTC means “between the cheeks” right? Since you mentioned sitting down. Would sitting on your cock while it is pulled under a leg while sitting on a chair be considered BTC? If so how much success have you had with it? I’m wondering because I do that sometimes.

I do long sessions, that’s why I sit. Yes, it can be tricky to do BTC but I sit on the edge of the chair and stretch down and as far back as I can while tilting my pelvis backwards. I gives me a good stretch and I can feel it in the ligs. I guess it’s more of a hybrid between SD and BTC, but really, the idea is the same (stretch downward and/or backwards to put stress on the ligs).

A really good way of doing the BTC is from a squatted position and then come around your back with your hand and grab the penis through your legs and stretch. This can be really intense.

In my opinion I think that BTC/SD stretching/hanging is the best exercise for length. It stretches the ligaments and the tunica at the same time. Many people have made good gains (some extreme) with these stretches and it’s stood the test of time. Simple and effective!

How many hours a day do you usually do? Is this in one full set, or a number of smaller sets? Also, did you do any other forms of PE whilst you were in the period of doing these BTC stretches?

That would be a fowfer if I’m not mistaken.
