Combination Approach
LIKE most people have communicated, I’d recommend pumping, jelqing, and an extender combination approach. That is what has helped me before as well.
I would start the day with a 10 minute jelqing session as I would have just taken my extender off from overnight stretching. I find this to help get the blood flowing to my newly stretched cells and feels really refreshing in the base of the penis and along the urethra.
Next, I would do a 10 minute pumping session with a wrapped cylinder (using a large heating pad on low temperature setting and Aloe gel with Vitamin E on my shaft). After pumping, I would jelq for 10 minutes to distribute the effects of pumping across the whole shaft, followed by another light coat of Aloe gel with Vitamin E.
I would let my penis rest after that throughout the day while at work. This would allow the swollen affect from pumping to go away by the time I get to the gym (I typically shower at the gym so I don’t have to at home when getting ready for the night, and regardless of what people say guys are going to look at you in the lockeroom just out of human intrigue) Then at around 5pm or 6pm I would strap on my Phallosan for a few hours. Then do another 10 minute jelqing session before bed, and finish the day with my Phallosan Forte extender in the downward position for bed (yes, I would sleep with it on. Some people don’t recommend that. However, I trained myself to sleep on my back, and usually, If there is any discomfort, my body wakes me up and I’d point the extender in the upward position toward my belly button).
I don’t pump at night because my penis won’t fit into the extender if I do, nor will it fit into the Phallosan for stretching, even with the XL suction cup.
I had 1 day of resting from pumping and 1 day of complete rest. On my pump rest days, I would wear my Phallosan under my clothes throughout the day for 6-10 hours or until I get to the gym. And on days of complete rest, I would wrap my penis in the heating pad on low temperature and watch a movie or play video games. The heat really kept everything loose during recovery and healing process. So, I was always hanging low and swinging thick and even throughout my shaft.
I hope that helps give some insight on having a combo routine. That’s what worked for me, which got me up to 8in BPEL with 6.3in EG and 6in BPFL with 5.5in FG.
