Zero Gains - Since 2021

I have been penis pumping since 2021 where I first began with a beginner penis pump. I then got a p-shot in August of 2022 and continued to pump on the doctors protocol. Kept up with pumping without over doing it over the years.
My measurements in 2021 are identical to that of today after all of that pumping.

What am I doing wrong? I understand it’s a slow process and likely why I’ve never measured.

I would combine some MOS RED / NIR + RED for heat and manual stretches.

Are you water pumping? do you have a gauge? do you have two cylinders?


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

Hi TDidds! Personally, I don’t think pumping alone will help you get gains… I’d really look into:

1. Wearing an extender for a few hours a day. This worked for me and I’d definitely recommend it as the easiest way of gaining length

2. Add manual stretches - just stretching in all directions and holding the stretch for 20-30 seconds will help make your penis more adaptable/elastic

3. After a few months, start hanging for about 20- 30 mins a day… start off at a comfortable weight and go from there

I do use red light/NIR every now and then as well as manual stretches. Maybe not regimented enough, do it for fun/hobby thinking I would get some sort of gains. Wow, was I wrong!

I have Dr. Kapplan pump with gauge from the p-shot.

My next step was to get an extender. Currently looking at Best Extender being of 1st choice. Unless others can convince me otherwise?

That looks a good one - the main thing that puts me off is the size of it, lol. But you can get a much cheaper one from places like eBay… they all do pretty much the same thing. Just as long as you wear it for at least a couple of hours a day, minimum.

Looks pretty neat, particularly like the rigging set up, unless everyday is bring your kid to work day, only detraction I can see is the size but that can be alleviated if you wear an ADS to work (but yeah, that combo price tag seems a bit steep)

I have the luxury of working from home so not much of a deterrent for me. Super supportive wife as well for my PE endeavor. Plus price point I don’t think is overly bad for "comfort" the cheap ones look insanely uncomfortable (could likely be very wrong but this one looks well built).

I have read good reviews of the "hog stretcher" extender, but I don’t own one.

Combination Approach

LIKE most people have communicated, I’d recommend pumping, jelqing, and an extender combination approach. That is what has helped me before as well.

I would start the day with a 10 minute jelqing session as I would have just taken my extender off from overnight stretching. I find this to help get the blood flowing to my newly stretched cells and feels really refreshing in the base of the penis and along the urethra.

Next, I would do a 10 minute pumping session with a wrapped cylinder (using a large heating pad on low temperature setting and Aloe gel with Vitamin E on my shaft). After pumping, I would jelq for 10 minutes to distribute the effects of pumping across the whole shaft, followed by another light coat of Aloe gel with Vitamin E.

I would let my penis rest after that throughout the day while at work. This would allow the swollen affect from pumping to go away by the time I get to the gym (I typically shower at the gym so I don’t have to at home when getting ready for the night, and regardless of what people say guys are going to look at you in the lockeroom just out of human intrigue) Then at around 5pm or 6pm I would strap on my Phallosan for a few hours. Then do another 10 minute jelqing session before bed, and finish the day with my Phallosan Forte extender in the downward position for bed (yes, I would sleep with it on. Some people don’t recommend that. However, I trained myself to sleep on my back, and usually, If there is any discomfort, my body wakes me up and I’d point the extender in the upward position toward my belly button).

I don’t pump at night because my penis won’t fit into the extender if I do, nor will it fit into the Phallosan for stretching, even with the XL suction cup.

I had 1 day of resting from pumping and 1 day of complete rest. On my pump rest days, I would wear my Phallosan under my clothes throughout the day for 6-10 hours or until I get to the gym. And on days of complete rest, I would wrap my penis in the heating pad on low temperature and watch a movie or play video games. The heat really kept everything loose during recovery and healing process. So, I was always hanging low and swinging thick and even throughout my shaft.

I hope that helps give some insight on having a combo routine. That’s what worked for me, which got me up to 8in BPEL with 6.3in EG and 6in BPFL with 5.5in FG.

Yeah… the HOG extender and Best extender look pretty much identical. Does anyone know if there is a difference?

Yes, thank you!! This helps immensely! Albeit, I am a back sleeper as well but heard extending while sleeping is something someone should NOT be doing. You seem like a seasoned veteran and would trust your judgment if no complications from it.

Clearly pumping alone is not effective for at least myself. Time to change things up! Thinking of going with this:

jelq to warm up for the pump

jelq between sets in the pump

jelq when you’re done

warm or cold cloth wrap to reduce skin issues like red spots and edema

do this every other day, or two days in a row and a day off, then day on, then two days off. You must give your cock time to heal.


Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")
