It’s not painful at all, if you have been PE-ing for 2 years like the post requests than you should have no problem doing this at all. I only got mild discoloration, not like I care about having a tanner dick though :)

Viking: Did Mem’s routine do you any good?
leeda: I can’t hang, pump or jelq in the evening (only some stealth PE like manual stretching or the like) because of pricacy issues so I guess I have to go for another routine. But I am curious! :)

That’s been my experience, any kind of set schedule always gets interrupted by day to day happenings. Looking through my diary I’ve been aiming for every day but have consistently done 5 days a week and very rarely 6.

Well I just took a few months off of PE and I’m going to try my crazy routine again and see how it goes.
