I have recently started with a 1 day on (intensive) 2 day off routine. Has anyone tried this? Does it work or does it make the penis more conditioned and more difficult to gain?

Does intensely mean you just put more pressure on your penis when you jelq?

That is also a relative question that only can be answered with a relative answer. If you jelq at 20% and increases the intensity to 40%, I wouldn’t call it intense.

Well I am thinking 3 times on a workout day. Stetches in the morning and light jelquing. In the afternoon, 50 slow hard jelques, 50 fast less intense ( I am experimenting with faster and maybe it will affect the tissue differently), 50 sqeeze at the base with a jelque up along the length at the same time. 2 light horse 440s. Ulis 30 seconds 4 reps with a jelque to finish. Stretching 30 seconds like a clock at 12, 1:30, 3:00 4:30 etc. Stretching same way with fulcrums at 2 points, base and middle. And then a new move that works like for swelling your cock up really well but is really for people who are NOT newbies ( hopefully I am not one anymore, you decide) I call it a micro stretch. The idea is to stretch smaller sections up the length of the penis and work your way up. ( dont try and figure it out from the description cause it really works but is really easy to injure with)

At night stretch and sleep.

Heat before and after all workouts

Damn…after writing it is seems alot but it doesnt take all that much time.

OK, now back to your question.
It does work, but I’m sure that you don’t have to spend your day sticking around with PE. Too much stretching might cause the weakness of erection, that will be hard for you to do jelqing. Besides, as mentioned Gprent, that might injure you somehow.

To condition your penis, newbie routine is usually more than enough.

Difficult to gain? From your 1 on 2 days off program? Well not really, in fact, it really depends. Just being consistent and careful with the exercises you practice since you don’t want to injure your boy and take a long break from PEing.

Because of the word intense to describe the one day of PE. In my experience, intense doesn’t work because it causes too much damage. For me PE works best with moderation over a long period of time, or what I like to say, time at size. The longer time you can spend at an increased size, without causing trauma, the more likely that size will become permanent. Short duration with long periods of rest means everything has a chance to return to status quo.

That makes sense. I wonder if I should pare it down untill I am getting fuller and with more blood naturally entering the penis. At that pount I could continue on with the regimen?

I completely and totally agree with gprent here. I now base my entire PE career upon just this type of thinking. I no longer take days off at all (unless my skin happens to just need a little rest) and PE 7 days a week. I try to do my routine and get the golf swing weights on as early in the day as possible and usually wear them on through to the night time. Moderate, daily, time intensive, and thoroughly warmed up PE is the stuff that my bigger dick is made of. You do not have to ride the edge of injury to see results. In fact, it’s counterproductive altogether IMO.

Do you think that the penis is kinda like toffee? Pull to hard it breaks, Pull a little less and it fights you, Pull even less and add heat and it flows?

I have to say that I am turtling up pretty well after a week or so. Guess it just wasnt a good tactic.

I have the same(slow) rate of gain with “1 on-2 off” and “2 on-1 off”.
Having used an equal level of stimulus for both.

I can say that “daily erection quality & quantity” was somewhat better with “1 on-2 off”.

I can see where you’re going here wad. Yeah, in some ways definitely like the toffee analogy. However, once I’ve been doing a lot of really warmed up, gooey, toffee stretching, I’ll sometimes do a kind of “fulcrum stretch” up and down the shaft in which I apply a kind of, “jerky” kind of motion. It’s kind of like applying a “hard pull” but not incredibly sustained or so intense. A good way to explain this might be that it’s kind of like going back and forth between hot, stretching dick massage and “dick chiropractic” with a definite emphasis on the hot stretching dick massage part of it. Is that confusing enough? Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that there are some moves you can work in your routine that aren’t totally mellow, but that those kinds of moves are best done when totally warmed up and bookmarked by the more gooey, toffee working stretching which you mention.
