1 year progress report

Here is a synopsis of my first year of PE.

Initial measurements on 12/10/01

ELBP=5.7”
EG= 3.8”

Current measurements on 12/10/02

ELBP=7.6”
EG=4.5”

Years gains in:

ELBP = 1.9 “

EG= .7”

Most of my gains were made in the first 8 months. I have been slacking seriously for the last 4 months;however, I plan to be more aggressive again. I notice that if I don’t chart out a routine for the month and keep a daily schedule to check what I have done, I kind of bullshit with my routine and it has drastically affected my results. I haven’t even hung with my BIB in a couple of months. So now I will begin constructing routines again. I think I may try those DLD blasters, and other stretches etc so see if I can jump start some gains. Also DLD mentioned he has a new creation for girth…that is effective for girth like his blasters seem to be for length for everyone so I am waiting to here more about that!

Overall, I am satisfied with my progress. Now I want to make the jump from adaquate to BIG by the end of year two. I’m hoping to get to 9” BP and 5.5” in girth by 12/10/03.

I’m going to do only extreme Uli’s(BIB’s uli thing) for girth gains this year. I think I will be the only one doing those so it will be a nice little personal experiment because I am definately lacking the girth department. Also, I made my best gains when I hung in the morning and at night and in between those times wore the penis enlarger strap so I will return to all day stretching.

Overall though I feel much more satisfied with my package. I have much more frequent dicussion with women about sex, etc. I have even had women say you must have a big dick because you are so confident….lol. Also, size definately matters in sexual relations. I have satisfied women when I was small, I understand that technique and mental state means alot, but there are so many areas you can reach with a longer penis(cul de sac), also you can fill her up better with a wider penis(and put more pressure on the g spot), both length and girth make it easier to stimulate more of the vaginal wall. This is obvious so penis size is important. It is not the only thing, but it is important.

So now I am off to year two. Just want to thank all the wonderful posters who come here and expand the PE knowledge base. This really affects people’s lives dramatically. I am one of the affected people so THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes the functioning of my penis has changed. My erections are rock hard now. As for staying power, because my penis is used to be touched and stimulated without going for ejaculation and I always do kegels, i can pretty much orgasm when I want. It has been an amazing transformation and I can’t wait to see next years results.

wow what gains! if you don’t mind, would you tell us what your routine was, at least when you gained the most?? did you hang all the time at the start, or was it mostly jelqing and manual stretches? thanks!

Goingdeep, those are excellent gains! Way to go!! :up: And if most of that was done in 8 months, it’s especially good. We all need to be reminded, from time to time, how much can be accomplished if we stay after it. Thanks for sharing your good report.

How about your NBPEL ;) ??

Hey goingdeep…I envy you. That is a really impressive gain (though it did take a whole year). I can only dream of obtaining half of that much success in a year’s time since I do not ever plan to use pumps or hanging tools…I want all exercises to be done with my own two hands (which I hear will get me slower less noticeable results but I just feel that using any third party devices is just torture for my poor prick).

Question though…what is your length now at NBPEL? And how about your typical flacid length?

Just curious to see how much you gained in those two departments in a year..

My nbpel is about 7.1..it is around a half inch behind my bone pressed. I never really measure nbp because it isn’t as accurate in measuring gains. That is important to me…measuring gains and seeing what is working and what isn’t. As far as flaccid..that ranges anywhere between 4-6. Which is significant for me because I used to have a nonexistent flaccid penis and now I HANG!

Those are great gains goingdeep, I have nothing really clever to say, just wanted to congratulate you on a job well done!

I think the hardest part is to realize when you´re overworking and when you´re not working it hard enough. Increasing intensity is pretty easy but it takes a cold mind to decrease in time and intensity instead. Any suggestions on how to tell when you´re overworking and when you´re underworking?

I think I recall you´re talking about not getting that exhausted feeling anymore, and then you increased your workout. I don´t personally get an exhausted feeling at all, just a sore head after squeezing and jelqing hard. Can you explain what you mean by that feeling?
