I clamp the following way:
I did 4 sets of 10 until yesterday when I did 3 of 13. I’m going to stick to this new one.
What I do is I basically get my penis hard, kegel,then click, then kegel, then click, then keep doing it until I can’t click anymore. Then I sit down, which increases the pressure further, and I masturbate quickly but lightly with my thumb and index finger for the duration of the exercise, to stay at full erection. Also, I kegel throughout; long, hard kegels to keep the pressure as high as I can.
When I started clamping, I did 3 of 3 mins, then 4 minutes, then 5 minutes, every other day. After two weeks I went to six minutes, then seven, then eight, then stuck with 8 minutes for a month. Went straight to ten for two months. Now went to 13.Two months ago I also went from 1 on / 1 off to 5 on / 2 off.
