Nr 1: In the text-instructions to the “wet-jelq” it says “When jelqing is finished it is sensible to apply another wrap, either hot or cold.”…… and WHY is that? what differens could a wrap possobly make after the workout? and it didn’t even matter weather it’s hot or cold :/ someone explain that please..

Nr 2: The kegal exercises….. let’s say i do 500 pc-muscle-squeezes every day for about a year…. then how much would that actually help me? could i go on for 4-5 min longer? or MORE? i need to know if it’s worth it since doing kegal only allowes me to hold back the erection for about 4-5 sec atm :/

1)Hot wrap helps blood flow, cold wrap possibly helps gains. A lot of people don’t do post workout wraps.

2)Kegels improve penile health, increase sexual stamina and increase erection strength. There is no set period of how much longer you will last.

Kegals should be done in every PE routine you do. It is so simple to do these you shouldn’t even think about it, just do it, driving in your car, watching the tube but especially during PE. Hang a wet towel across your erection and lift it till you are unable to. I lift 25 pound weights by kegaling, and as far as ejaculations I can hold them indefinitely or until I’m ready then shoot into my GF’s hair by pulling out during missionary. Yes, they are important, both kegals and reverse kegals. Always use heat during any PE exercise, warm tissue stretches much better without injury when it is heated. As far as applying cold after sessions, that is still speculation. Until we know for sure I say stay with heat.
