2 weeks break...
hello guys,
I am on a break right now, I’d like to start a new routine after that…I’m on pe for about 1/1,5 year. I am about to start memento’s routine, but my question is: should I do the newbie routine first after two weeks of no pe, or can I start memento’s routine right after 2/3 weeks of rest? What do you guys advice?
