24 hour recovery time

So I’m sitting here tonight after having a 17 hour day at work, pondering whether to PE now til 3am, then again at 1pm tomorrow. So I started thinking about rest time. There are plenty of times I separate my PE sessions by a mere 12 hours, sometimes less. If the only time I fit it in for that day is late at night, I’ll do it. Then the next day I might only have time in the early afternoon. I’m not sure if this hurts me at all, since my gains are fairly good.

So how many of you wait 24 hours to recover, and how many do it when you can?

Using my past as evidence, I’m going to go to bed, then PE tomorrow in the AM, and again around midnight.

Keep going. As long as you are gaining there is nothing wrong. Start thinking when you stop gaining *.*.
