3 days on, 1 off

I’ve started doing 3 days on 1 off for the last week, and I obviously haven’t seen anything yet because it’s to soon, but I was wondering.. Should I just do medium intensity for these three days? It’s so hard for me to gain girth! I usually jelq for 30 minutes with rather slow jelqs.

I have been hanging 3 days on 1 day off, and been loving it.

Jelqing for me really hurts the 3rd day, And I don’t mean sharp pain.

I mean the pain that you feel the same as if you’ve been wanking roughly 5times

a day 3days in a row ;D I think it might depend really really much of how much

intensity you work with.
