No one will ever call you small with that girth. Depending on the thickness of your fat pad that NBP length is respectable.

I am 7.25 NBP and about 5.7” mid girth and my wife is starting to angle herself in such a way as to minimize the contact with her Cervix. If I go straight in doggie style it is just too painful.

Make sure you get good photos before the surgery to document your progress. Full ruler shots and girth shots (beer can comparison, e.g.) would be great. Good luck with this.

I fly out there once. Get there on Sunday, have a consult on Monday, Have procedure on Tuesday, And have follow up/ dressing changes Wed- Fri. Then back home to heal ad Pillage the wpmen of the countryside. 6.25-6.5” girth, OUCH, I mean Sweet.

While I wouldn’t do it, as I hate to go through any kind of surgery, it does sound appealing for those willing. Right now I have a bit over 1” fatpad (I think) and I’m about 20 pounds overweight. By losing 20 lbs I would probably lose fatpad, but not much. So this is why the lipo sounds so appealing to me, as it would make the nbp so much more impressive for me than weight loss can.

Have you read about the after-effects?
