Is 6nbp by 6.25-6.5” enough to be considered huge as satisfying, or is it disproportional?

I hope so, i’m havig $13,000 surgery at the end of the month. I’m not having the length done, due to not wanting the erection to change position, or rigidity. Instead I’m having pubic liposuction. I’m 5.25 non bone pressed, and 6 3/4 bone pressed, and I’m not that overweight, strange. The lipo will expose much of the penis. For girth I’m having alloderm inserted past my scrotum into my glands to gain 30- 40 % in the shaft, and 20% in the glands. I chose a surgeon with the reputation of being the best. He’s been featured on the learning channel. I’m trying to decide if I want 6.25 girth or 6.5- 7ish girth. I should be ay where from 6” to 6.5” length. Any suggestions?

Good for you on the surgery. Please keep up informed. Are you having a surgeon from New England do it. I have thought about it at times myself because I am lazy and would like to have PE be a smaller part of my life than the time I put in now.

No, not in New England I’m venturing out west. To make things better it’s not costing me a dime! Thanks dad! I’ve talked with about 5 or so former patients I’ve got to know from a surgical enlargment forum, and one guy after 3.5 years, has yet to see any absorbtion because alloderm was used. Very promising. There is a stigma about absorbtion, back in the old days about fat injections. The alloderm doesn’t absorb, but is replaced with your own tissue after several months.

Please post regularly after you get the surgery and let us know if it has any bad effects. Ive considered it myself, but the horror stories about the side effects after have stopped my interest.

I plan to keep all of you posted. I will also provide a photo diary. I also plan to continue to PE, such as hanging, pumping, stretching etc. I have definitely gained with pe, but the realization of walking out from a surgery 2 hours later, being absolutely huge is appealing. I should definitely post some befores on here also.

I don’t know much about this surgery, but it seems that transplanting tissue would make the extra girth kind of soft no? So to me it seems that this kind of surgery is more for show, rather than making a big difference sex-wise, I don’t know.
