I kinda agree with slackjawedyokel, for a good while, keep this place locked so no one can view the posts, and when the time is right unlock this website for the public. It makes sence in one way because we are still figuring this out. Of course life is so complicated we will always be trying to figure Penis Enlargement out, but I hate to say it might be better if we cut out so many new newbies (members) coming in and reading and catching on for a while so we can focus on the important aspects of PE mainly for the who so far and continue to make this possible in this day and age, people who are dedicated to the cause. Unlike people like Thunder, and other moderators having to wade through countless posts and threads for whatever reasons and contribue to the real cause… Ouviously the more members of this place, the more chaos (Let’s not even let anonymous visitors for a while be able to read the threads unless they are specially aloud to do so through a contact. (of course they could hack them, but not everone has those skills) ) I hate to say, depending on the members, and how dedicated the newbies are…) the more this web site will lose in the sence of quality information we learn about and new things… So far Thunder, and the moderators have done a tremendous job in keeping things in order (not chaos). But we have to continue the trend here for our sakes and the future of PE (as much as the medical community with there Phalloplasty surgery for more money hates to admit)… So my opinion is let’s keep this place locked for a while longer, no newbs even viewing this place (I don’t know how much time that is of course, that’s up to Thunder) so we can learn from each other and filter out the lurkers who don’t do shit and futher the cause, it’s common sence! This seems just to me as in the word justice…

Let me tell you the last time we locked the forum it was great and believe it or not the post count went up not down and the newbies were more manageable and than when we opened the forum we had a bunch of guys that could help with the new newbies who were also better because they were forced to read before joining. I’m looking forward to it plus thunder isn’t as cranky when he doesn’t have to approve 100’s of memberships a day.

I love it; he joined in April and already has a fight club mentality about keeping out the damn Noobs!

Everything that Dino wrote plus it really seemed to help that we had a bunch of new recruits/freshmen starting all at the same time. They had a support system of other new guys, answered each others questions where able, and even posted, “Hey! use the search function you lazzy bastid!” to each other. This made for a bit less work for the mods and it’s nicer to here something like that from onother noobie than from a mod as well.

Maybe it’s bandwidth/server costs that are the cause or it might be to keep up the quality of the posts. I remember checking the site out before vBulletin3 was used (or the portal, I can’t remember) then coming back a few months later and trying to register (maybe 6months ago?) but not being able to. That was quite annoying.

Cause the Mods can only handle so many “Does masturbation affect gains” threads. :leftie:
