7x6 Large or what?

I have had good results with the PF. If you have the correct size cap and the vacuum is working you should not slip. The LG sleeve will give you a good seal for the vacuum and will last a long time. I recommend wearing the glans cap and using some powder on the cap.

But as everyone says, you must be patient and persistent. It takes time.

There are lots of PF users and many threads regarding PF on this forum and others.

I have no experience with QEP, X4 or Restorexx. I am sure members have had success with all of them. If you do a search on this forum you will find lots of information. That will be very helpful.

There is no one “best” extender.

By the way, since you seem concerned about whether you can gain the 1-2” and want some more inspiration search for user bennett8, who gained 2 inches with manual PE. Of course, most people do not gain 2”. But, it does happen.

Whatever method you choose you should gain if you stick with it.

I have a question for you guys, I’ve been extending for 6 months 5 to 6 hours daily and have made pretty good gains. 6” to 7.25 girth about the same maybe a little growth, can I expect any more gains from this point or is it just a maintenance exercise now?

Before US or IR heating guys will max out their lig and tunica gains. At that point the septum prevents greater elongation. Fulcrum hanging can give 1/4 to 3/8” gains at this point. You should examine US heat for perhaps up to 1” additional from where you are.

Is it really worth the $500? There’s a lot of cheap chinese ones that look similar.

Hi, I am 7.5 BPEL , around 6.5 NBPEL and 6inches plus base girth with 5.5 minimum girth and I do not consider myself large. Well some of that may be because all of us have body dysmorphic disorder due to porn. However, I could use at least an inch in length and 0.5-0.75 inches in girth without hurting my girlfriend, not to mention that she would love that.. I don’t know. Anything above 7 inches in length and 5.3-.5.5 inches in girth is definitely enough to satisfy any woman. That’s my point.. (sorry for my spelling.)

I have almost the same stats as you and I don’t feel large. Above average yes but not large. When I pump and use a cockring my MG is probably 16 cm and that feels large to me. When my girlfriend barely can fit my glans in here mouth and can’t close her fingers around the shaft, that feels large.

Hi, I like it when I use the cock ring and push the sidewalls of my girlfriend’s vagina, it only happens with 5.8+ girth.. However, I would use some length thought.

I’d say its large but im sure when I hit that size I won’t.

7x6 is basically my goal. Since that would be a 1.5” gain. However it’s not huge. Now 7x6 with a solid 5”-6” flaccid hang will make me feel huge.

It does not matter if someone personally thinks of himself that “it is not large”. Personal opinion is skewed too much. Hard stats say everything. 7 BPEL will look differently on a thin body and differently on a body builder with big palms.

Is it big? Yes.

7x6 in my opinion is big, but that’s it. I wouldn’t get carried away by saying it’s “very” big or anything. I think saying it’s “above average” while true is misleading. Above average is also 6.5x5.5 but 7x6 of course trumps that.

The length isn’t off the charts impressive, but the girth is getting into very big status.
