A change in tactics... Fat Pad

I have been struggling to gain length for years, and since putting on a few stone have even lost length due to increased fat pad even while doing PE religiously.

My NBPEL is 6”, and my BPEL is 7.5”, that’s 1.5” hidden penis.

I have decided to start making a real effort to loose some weight, that is the fastest way I am going to get some length.

I know its unrealistic to get down to 2% body fat and gain an extra 1.5” in length.

Realistically what can I expect to get my fat pad down to if I get from 25% body fat to 10% body fat or so?

To any lean guys on here… Whats your BPEL and NBPEL?

I think everyone’s fat pad differs at equal body fat. I’m roughly 12-15% body fat and my fat pad is 1”. If you went from 25% to 10% body fat I’m sure it would make a big difference. Plus dropping that fat would do wonders for you health anyway. Win win in my opinion.

I agree. I’m around 15% or so body fat myself I’d guess, and depending on where on my pubic bone I press the ruler I’ll get 0.9” - 1.2” difference BP vs NBP. I think my body has a tendency to store fat in the fat pad, just like I generally have less fat on my arms and legs than most. I’d bet it’s very individual.

But going from 25% to 10-15% I’m sure will increase your NBPL regardless, and have several other benefits.

Well I read in a Men’s Health magazine about 5 years ago that with every 5kg you lose in fat, you can up your penis size with 2cm. I know magazines aren’t the best source for believable information but it did make me think of what is really attainable and it did get me researching which led me to stumbling on PE and eventually this site.

All that said, still don’t know what is actually attainable length gains through weight loss though.

Sounds really off unless you lost all 5kg from liposuction on the fat pad.

If you get down to 10% body fat you will be seriously ripped with some nice abs.Your fat pad maybe at 0.25” but everybody is different.

NBPEL is about 4.25” but BPEL is like 5.5”

trying to lose weight now, again. to get to 0.25 Fat pad would be a freaking dream haha - Just takes time like everything else in this cruel world :P

I think this aspect of PE is greatly under appreciated. Men spend hours jelqing, stretchng, pumping etc before the even consider that what they already have could be enjoyed much better if the reduced their body fat. I’m 6.125 x 5.5 and I always thought it looked pathetic on me (I’m fat). By browsing the progress photos on this site, I would see guys with the same stats as me, but they looked huge! They were all lean, and that greatly enhanced the appearance of their units….So I’ve undertaken ‘body re-composition’ and am on the loss train down to 10%, steadily losing 1-2 lbs per week. (16 lbs in 8 weeks whooo!) Boring but exciting…

From what I understand, the benefits of becoming lean (around 10% bodyfat) are multifold in regards to penis/ mens health.

-Larger Appearance: Base not obscured by pitchers mound of fat.
-Larger Appearance: Your penis now looks larger in proportion to your body which is now leaner/ smaller (this is after all, the way women gauge ‘how big he was’ upon sight)
-Better Blood flow, larger flaccid, better EQ

(heres the subtle and interesting part, when a man is lean: his hormone profile seems to optimize)
-Higher Testosterone
-Lower Cortisol (less ambient stress, I bet this translates to better wellbeing and erections in general)
-many others but I cant remember

I really believe becoming lean and strong are top priorities for any man trying to better himself, peniswise or otherwise. GET LEAN!


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

I am about 12 to 13%. My abs are very clear in any lighting flexed and have a visible outline unflexed. My fat pad is still the same around .8. I think it may start to move with a few more lbs lost.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I think Genetics has a major say in how much of a fat pad each of us has. When I was a young chap, and a gym rat, I had 6% body fat pretty much all year round. I would say I had more of a muscle pad, with an outside layer of chicken skin. These days, I probably have just over 0.5” fat pad, which is more to do with Genetics than anything else. So basically, you are not going to know until you try… but try you must.

This might just make a lot of sense… Seems like the rectus abdominis muscle attaches at the pubic bone, which would mean it’s tissue is also included in our “fat” pad. It might also explain why more muscular bodies tend to have higher BP to NBP variance (just my impression from my own measurements and Rahman’s post).

Maybe we should find a more suitable name for it? Pubic pad? Dick cussion? :D

Can someone with more anatomical knowledge right me if I’m wrong here? :)

No idea what my body fat percentage is, but I’m pretty thin at 6’3” and 200 lbs and my fat pad is around 5/8”.

When I get to 10 percent I will state it in my log and any fat pad change that I see if any. My bodyfat will fluctuate over time when I start lean bulking again so I will note changes in fat pad during that time too.
