A "LOT" Of Confusion

I’ve read and re-read the whole LOT theory and I still can’t figure it out. I have absolutely no tugback when I kegel while stretching straight down (6:00?). It tugs back a lot when stretched straight up (12:00), then I gradually lose it as I move the direction of the stretch down. What does this mean exactly? I’m gonna go back through all of it and read it again, but while I do that, if anybody’s got a minute, could you explain it to me in really simple, retard language?

I would’ve participated in the study when it first happened, but I missed it ‘cause I was offline for a while.

Prickle, find the exact point where you lost the tug back. I found it best to lay on my back and do so. 12:00 is straight up towards your chin. 6:00 is straight down towards your feet.

Find the o’clock where you lose the lot, exactly.

Well, at 12, the tugback is strong. It gradually gets weaker as I go down. At the lowest, or straight down 6:00, there is nothing when I kegel.

What does this mean for me?

I don’t know, until you tell me the EXACT point where you lose it. If you mean you can still feel it at 7:00 but not at 6:00, it means you have long ligs that are most likely at the end of the line as far as gains are concerned.

If that is what you mean, you need to concentrate on stretching your tunica to see future gains.

It could be two things. First, you could have a range of angles where the ligs and tunica are taking various amount of the stress. This would cause a gradual loss of tugback. Or second, you might be going by feel instead of seeing the loss of tugback. Do not judge by the flex of the PC, but rather by seeing the actual tugback.

This is not correct. Some guys start out with low LOTs and some start out with high LOTs. The guys that have gained a lot and are low, probably had high LOTs to begin with. That is the theory. An LOT of 8:00 is medium.

When the actual, visual tugback is gone completely, the ligs are taking all the stress.

Dudes, im still not sure i understand either! So, when standing, you stetch upwards (12:00) and then gradually lower the stretch until a point, where at which, if you keagle you wont see and visible tugback?

What does that point mean? Does that mean that i should always be stretching at that angle? What if im laying on my back?

What about “Blasters”? Whenever i do blasters im always pulling up towards my chest. And when i do a keagle i have tugback, and when i release it (after 5 second hold) i can stretch fairly well…

if it’s high, 9:00 etc, attack ligs

if it’s low attack tunica

Has any one else experienced a change in loss of tug? Since switching to hanging at higher angles, tunica stretch, for about a month my loss of tug has went from 6 o’clock to 2 o’clock.

This sounds great jojo. I think I might be starting to experience that myself. Perhaps this is a sign that soon we may be able to experience some relatively “easy” gains via lig stretch. Bib what do you think?

GK, I’m hoping now to get good gains from both ligs and tunica.

I’m going to start hanging at low angles again with low weights. What I consider low or moderate. I’m thinking 15lbs at the low angles and 30lbs at the higher angles. I had gotten up to 22.5lbs before I stopped hanging at the lower angles.
