A positive side effect of Jelqing

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I just noticed that my upper arms, especially triceps, are in really good nick. I didn’t really notice until I tried on a new t-shirt that was too tight and my wife and her friend commented on how toned my arms were.

I had no idea why then thought that after a years worth of jelqing there would have to be some tone and strength improvement in my arms.

Anyway, hope others have noticed this positive side effect.

palms down jelqing = good ticeps and popeye forearms!!

I’ve also noticed thicher wrists !

Palms down jelq for me = a good shoulder workout!

My wife has also noticed more upper body toning. Getting buff as she put it.

I’m still closet PEing.

Same here, especially when I do nice slow ones. Also, I think that they are making my left hand stronger.

Yeah palms down for me too.

Is there any ends to the benfits of PE
