A powerful length/girth workout for lazy guys!

Hi,

i always tried to get rid of these enerving manual exercises because they take time while you can’t do other things.
So hanging is definitely an exercise to chose.
But what helps for girth? I found out that some guys use kind of a semi-erect hanging, around 30-40% erect, the weight attached to the hanger presses hard on the glands.

But to make this clear before everyone cries "be careful": Of course you have to reduce the weight you use for normal flaccid hanging when you hang weights on a semi-erect penis.
2nd exercise is normal hanging.

A third "exercise" would be just an ADS.

So here is the lazy guy routine:

1. modified warm-up :
-40 jelqs, medium strength, 1st 20 jelqs straight out, 2nd 20 jelqs downwards, around 60-70% erect, each jelq 3
seconds
-manual stretch: 2x30seconds straight out, 2x30seconds downwards

This is to slowly heat up the tissue from within by forcing blood into the penis and loosen the tissues/ligaments by a
short stretch.
I don’t want to waste time with some kind of warmth from the outside like a 5-min-rice-sock.
I strongly believe that beginning with jelqing (not hard!) can completely replace warmup from the outside.

But please don’t discuss only about this warmup, the whole routine should be this thread’s focus.

2. Uli-hanging:

At around 30-40 % erect i just wrap theraband around my penis 3 times, put a tightening lacing on the downside of
my penis, wrap the theraband around the penis once again, fold the tightening lacing in the other direction, wrap the
theraband around the penis once again, fold the tightening lacing in the other direction and so on. Fixation with
adhesive tape. It’s the same thing like my ADS.

Anyways, I just wanted to say: I use a hanger which engorges well. You can use each type if it keeps the blood in
the penis.
So i hang weights on the semi-erect penis (that of course completely points downwards!) and that creates a lot of
pressure on the front half of the penisand the glands. I can stand this for lets say 10-15 minutes at 2,5 pounds. Be
careful, its really tough!

So this exercise is for lenght and girth.

3. Normal hanging:

Just hanging more weight on the hanger, penis completely flaccid.

4. Use an ADS, i use the hanger i built as ADS for several hours.

The plan could be then:

-warmup by jelqing and stretching , around 6 minutes with preparation etc
-Uli hanging 2*12 min
-normal hanging 3*20 min
-ADS

maybe twice a day.

The final goal is to find the perfect weight which allows you to leave the weights on the penis for a longer time but still creating enough force to give results.

If you have the time and privacy, this could be a workout which leaves your hands free for other things.

What do you think, does that sound good? ;)

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

True. The title of the thread is kind of contradictary. Any routine can be good as it is but it is up to you to do the work. Pretty hanging based routine. Something without hanging would be extra good I think.

Guys…it is a lazy routine because you dont have to do lots of manual work. I can’t understand why lots of non-manual exercises are “no dedication”. They allow me doing other things WHILE being intense.
Of course its intense ( i feel it) and should bring results.
I just started using it and want comments so: sorry, i don’t have statistics about THIS workout yet.

If you say “my routine is much better” please say why. And explain why something different from hanging would be good. For what? The Uli hanging should give girth, the pressure is at least as hard as a nice jelq. And with the erect % you can control how much of the penis get the pressure.

Try out this Uli hanging carefully and tell me how it was for you.

When you say lazy you should have defined it like that. When I saw lazy, first thing I thought was someone who doesn’t PE alot or consistently. Usually when someone says their routine is better it is because they have gained a lot and are confident that their routine works and don’t need to change it.

I am not bad talking hanging, but it is something usually you need a lot of time and privacy for, plus your dick must be conditioned to do it so it is not something just anybody can do. Hanging is good for a time yes, but after a time it will get obsolete and gains will stop or slow.

I swear by manual exercises because they are intense and 100% effective. There is always some variant which can be done for growth whereas hanging is just what it is, hanging. The only variant is a change of direction and weight. Length gains will always be made by hanging, but a meager will be in the girth department.

IMHO, hanging is not worth it for me. For the amount of gain (average that are documented) and the time taken in hanging time versus manual routines, clamping (average documented), the later seems more efficient. And coming from a lifting perspective, I always do what is more efficient. Besides money must be spent to hang, be it to buy a hanger or to make one.

I don’t have my homemade hanger (hardly used) at my home now, so I will have to try it later.

Hi aom, its really difficult to say what’s better or worse. You just have to rely on the feeling and hopefully the results. With manual exercises you have a broard variety of what can be done, that’s right. But what is the focus in PE? For me it was always applying force to the ligaments and tunica fr length, and some inner pressure (blood vessels, tissues) for the girth.
So hanging and jelqing was the way to go for me. The hanger has to be comfortable, otherwise you have to remove it too often so that you can’t mulitask so well. With hanging you only can change direction and weight, ok. But whats wrong about this? Amount of force and direction….what else do you need?
And now I think about replacing jelqing by this Uli hanging. I definitely want the best results, too, but I want them as easy as possible and the passive exercises could be a way for this.

I don’t know your routine, is it posted somewhere? How long does it take, which exercises, how often in the week etc? Maybe dynamic exercises are better then static exercises (yours vs. mine), but maybe its the other way.

If you want to have a cheap hanger you could try the ADS i linked as a hanger. I don’t think you can hang more then 8-10 pounds on it though, but i’ve never tried. You need just theraband and tightening lacings.

I think the only way is feeling if the pressure is hard and the penis is worn out after the workout.

anyone tried this “uli hanging”?

My experience is that it’s a bit too tough but i will give it another try now with more caution.

btw I made only modest gains all in all….around 1,8 cm…

0.6cm’s so far in 5 weeks of doing PE? That’s quite normal I think. The gains I’ve made in 5 weeks were 0.4cm, but they keep on coming now consistently(from your signature).

As for not doing a warmup with warm water, but with jelq’s/stretches… I wouldn’t recommend it, because you would have to start real lightly and slowly work the pressure used up, which can be easily done too quickly. Warm water is sufficient to penetrate the penis fully and give it a thorough warm-up. After that I would do some stretches to loosen things up a bit, then go for the ADS/hanging.

“erect hanging” means: I get an erection, put a theraband, some piece of cloth and a clamp around my penis. The erection subsides behind the clamp and stays in front of the clamp. I attach weights and hang for like 15 mins until i have a very slightly bad feeling so i take it off, restore circulation and do it again. After the third time doing this i do

If you want superior results with PE you can’t get away with being lazy. This video is what I am talking about

I think this could be quite dangerous, but also potentially quite effective for girth. I’ve always been curious about it. What results have you gotten from it?

Keep in mind that plenty of guys gain substantially in girth just from dedicated hanging.
