How to build an invisible All-Day-Stretcher (cheap and simple)

Hi guys,

after a long time posting around here i have found a good method to build an ADS which is really invisible (the visibility was always a big problem for me to wear one of them). I would like to share the method.

I have had the Penisplus Classic and the Penisplus with the Vacuum system but they didnt feel good for me but maybe its only a problem of mine with them, i dont know. They caused pain.

How to build it:

You need :

1.a long piece of theraband (mine: 1,5X20 inches)
2.a thin and long thread(or piece) of cloth (mine:0.15X25 inches)
3.a belt or something to fix the piece of cloth around the waist

4. —and maybe a piece of cloth to wrap under the theraband like in lil12big1’s tutorial, i dont use it

Start like in lil12big1’s tutorial:

Use the picture i attached to get things right.

-Put on the belt around your waist while having on no trousers, boxers, briefs etc.

-if you have foreskin pull the flaccid penis away from the body while grabbing behind the head WITHOUT pulling foreskin back. If you have no foreskin grab the penis behind the head. Be careful while grabbing!
Pull not strong, but pull!

-Wrap theraband around the penis and use a thin and very long thread (or piece) of cloth instead of using a second theraband to fix it(like in the tutorial). Fix it like its shown in the tutorial, watching it is much better then reading it. You should wrap the theraband one or 2 times around the penis and then begin to fix the thread of cloth at it at the UNDERSIDE of the penis, fold it while wrapping around the theraband, maybe 5 times. Fix the theraband with adheisive tape.

-The last fold of the thread of cloth ends up away from the body like its shown in my picture :)

-Now, take the thread of cloth and pull it a bit to your feet, then pull it between your cheeks to the back and then at the height of the belt fix the thread of cloth at the belt. Make a knot which is easy to open so that peeing or unwrapping can be faster.

-Put boxers or briefs over all of this (also over the belt)

Thats all!

This technique fixes the ADS very good at the penis. I had always problems with other ADSs, they slipped off after a certain time but this one doesnt.
It also doesnt put the wohle stress at a single area like loop devices.

I strongly recommend NOT to wear loop devices!!!! I have sensitivity problems because of them!

Things you have to know:

-When you pull the foreskin back while putting on the ADS it will slip off. Imagine it, its logical!Let the skin be where it is while your penis is flaccid.

-Fix the whole construction at the middle of your penis, dont fix too near to the base (stretch wont use much there) and dont fix at the head or too near it!!

-This ADS should be used directly after a hanging session to force the penis to stay in the extended state for a long time. The microtears shouldnt close as fast as without an ADS, the tissue will build up for a longer time (thats the theory, i hope its like this). The ADS should provide also some skin stretch (but only a bit, far away from hanging intensity).
Ligs stretch if there is some should be weak.

-You can wear it as long as you feel its ok (the feeling is VERY important, dont overdo it! Dont use a tension which is too strong, start slow!). A cycle of the tissue cells to double i have heard is eight hours so this should be a goal for you to reach. Start with 2 hours.

-Dont wrap the theraband too tight but wrap it relatively tight so that it doesnt make circulation to stop and doesnt slip off. Be careful at the first time! The theraband shouldnt squeeze the penis, it is simply wrapped around with a very little amount of force….

-If the theraband hurts while unwrapping use baby powder under it, but maybe it slips off then…..You can also try to wrap the broad piece of cloth i mentioned above (point 4.) under the theraband

-Especially during the first days of wearing it look each 15 minutes for proper circulation, temperature,feeling and color of the penis. It shouldnt be cold, dark or numb. Do kegels from time to time if you feel its good (for me its good)

-When the device hurts, first make tension lower then if it still hurts after 10 minutes take a break, take it off for and hour or a day

-Find out by yourself how to get this ADS fixed with 2 hands, its not very difficult! Best to use your right hand to pull the penis a bit and to fix the theraband while wrapping it around.

-Find out how to make sitting comfortable. The thread (or piece) of cloth presses a bit between the testicles when you pull it to your back.

-When your ass hurts because of the thread of cloth try putting it a bit more in your cheeks or out of your cheeks.

-If you feel a discomfort having your penis down there between the testicles or you cheeks use briefs under your boxers

You only need to wear this for a few months to a year. Chances are you won’t be in that kind of an accident within that time.

Look at the bright side, once this gives you a big dick and you won’t need to wear it anymore, that pretty brunette in that hospital crew would gasp under her breath at the sight of it….and then get moist thinking about it that night as she looks up your phone and address….

How much pressure do you have to apply?

You mean how strong the pull of the ADS should be?
Or how tight the wrap has to be?

If you mean the first:
Stretch as strong as it feels “useful” but doesnt cause pain.
The penis should get a little force otherwise the device wont have a use.
Stretch the ADS down to the ground when it is fixed at the penis and then
put the penis between the cheeks and fix the ADS to the belt at your back.
If you are beginning using an ADS use a lower tension!
Go up carefully and you will feel which tension has a use but doesnt cause pain.

If the cotton strip makes pain in the ass, put a piece of cloth under it (in the cheeks)

The most important thing of an ADS is that it feels comfortable otherwise you will put if off after a few days.

Your idea for an all day stretcher is very interesting! I’ll likely try something like this in the future as a maintenance tool. My favorite part is that it’s dirt cheap to make.

Try explaining this one to the guy in the urinal beside you…… :D

Its a kind of latex band (very flat and broad), you can use it for example to make exercises (for the body).
We here use it as a wrapping material for hanging.

What i currently use is a tying lacing instead of a “long and thin piece of cloth”

I have tried out something new which is also a good option how to fix the ADS. It is possible to do all this WITHOUT the belt.

The fixation of the ADS is a good idea.
I am currently using his mechanism and it feels ok.
The problem is in my eyes if you fix the ADS around the thighs it feels bizarre when you walk. And it can slip off easier from the waist especially if you are thin.

Better do it this way: Let the tightening lacings (I use 2 of them connected with a knot) go through your cheeks and then let the 2 ends run over the highest area of your cheeks,the ends of the lacings meet lets say 2 inches under your navel. Although it feels a bit like a thong :)
Its no pain about this, feels ok.

Make a knot.

This is all.

This hanger without the belt is EXTREMELY cheap, very practical, doesnt slip off the penis and the waist, doesnt cut off circulation and can be stored in the bags of your trousers.

Use the same fixation technique as it is explained in the beginning of the thread. Only with 2 connected tighteníng lacings.

I love the theraband technique but will also try out this velcro.
Which ADS you are using , ccs or mine doesnt matter in the end.

I just thought of a new idea for comfort. If you think the ads feels like a thong or what not, you can put on tighty whiteys(briefs) put your dick out of the front, or even cut a hole in them, then do everything else. Im pretty sure it would be more comfortable. But one question, when you pull your dick down, doesnt it go in between your legs, and dont you sit on it? That kinda hurts, right?

Yes, the head of my dick tends to bump into the seat so I pull my dick further back BTC and rock forward in the seat so now I’m sitting on the shaft. Mind you, not all my weight is on the shaft. I tend to sit sideways for a while and then shift to the other side.

The briefs will limit the amount of BTC stretch you get, or you will need to tighten the strap on your dick - that’s not too comfortable.

I use the term upper thighs because that best fit the description rather than calling it “lower hips”. Technically, since it’s an inch below the hip socket, it is the thighs but when you just say thighs, people focus on the middle part of the thighs and not that high up.

I did mention in that link that the pull can be increased by positioning the “belt” higher up so it rides on the lower part of the asscheeks and joins together higher up in the pubic area. And you’re right, that does make it easier to walk without a waddle.

this is a good idea (the briefs). You can also put a piece of cloth under the place where the pressure takes place in the cheeks.

I have no big problems with this “sitting on the dick”-issue because mine isnt soooo long ….. :) But biking is a problem.
What makes it more comfortable i noticed is to wear briefs (1 or even 2) under boxers.Wear them tightly (pulled up to the navel a bit). This should distribute the pressure.
When wearing the briefs like victory describes under it this could also help.

The mechanism:

If you use chickenchockers technique (the 2 cords)or the tightening lacings and you put them between your cheeks you can make a knot in the 2 cords at the upper side of your back (so that the whole construcition now looks like a thong). This will prevent the feeling that something runs straight over your cheeks….
