Before… You start yelling, I searched this for couple of minutes, yet couldn’t find a answer.
What is better to do?
1*1 min stretch
or
2*30 seconds stretch

Please help.

I would say 2*30 sec

I would say one 60 sec stretch.

Two 60 sec stretch would be even better IMO… I do six to ten 60 sec stretches three or four times a week and it has been working for me nicely.

So you say the longer the stretch the better the effects?

Hack I can probably do 4*3 min stretches as my daily stretches, but is it good?

I remember reading this a couple of months ago and the poster stated that they are equal. It was quite a scientific study, although I’m not quite sure how to go about finding it today. If I remember it, I’ll post here.

I have been doing tunica stretches lately.. It has felt great too, a nice pull.

Today though I was stretching the tunica staight up and a little to the right and then I felt my inner penis on the back side of the base, like.. Jerk or pop or something, then got freaked out and felt myself, it felt like something was pulled out further , in the base/backside of my package, .. Did I screw up? It doesnt hurt.my tunica just popped and felt like it came out from inside a little more. Is this bad?? Is it normal?
